Summary:

TWO neighboring 4-bed/4-bath townhouses w/stunning rooftop views! Perfect for large groups, business retreats, or multi-gen family getaways. Each space has fully equipped kitchens, luxurious beds, hotel amenities, & smart TVs. Located just minutes from downtown, $5-$10 Uber/Lyft to Broadway. 1 Mile from Top Golf! Ideal for groups seeking individual space, with the option to designate one house as the quiet retreat & the other for lively gatherings or however you choose!



The Space:

Each (adjacent) townhouse is three floors along with two rooftop patios! There are enough beds for large groups and families of up to 20. The kitchens have all new appliances and are stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and coffee makers. The living rooms are very spacious and equipped with large TVs, perfect for watching big games or spending time with your group during your stay. These townhouses are centrally located and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to wherever you want to go!



**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine!

The Neighborhood:

Located in Nashville’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood. Very close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fitness & shopping. Only a short Uber to Marathon Village and popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway



Getting Around:

Our home comes with a single car garage, and free on-street parking. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!



Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $400. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs. We are off-site but on-call!

The kitchen was adequately stocked the location to downtown. Nashville was perfect. It was easy to check in and check out to work with the owner. The alarm system was easy to operate overall a great condominium.

Great location near downtown. Wonderful, clearn, modern.

We had a great stay for a business retreat. Close to downtown, tons of easy street parking. Provided lots of towels, shampoo / bodywash, rapid communication with host, coffee maker, enclosed garage for each unit. Overall excellent, would stay again.

4th of July Nashville Trip

The entire trip went so smoothly. We had 16 guests and both of the homes accommodated us perfectly. The host was extremely communicative and even let us push back our check out time by 2 hours at no costs. Will definitely be back and recommend these homes if you are looking to do a large Nashville trip!

Both homes were very nice and clean. Rooms and decor were modern. The rooftops were great for hanging out at night with great view of the city. Some uber drivers told us we weren’t in the best neighborhood but we didn’t have any issues. Walked to liquor store and dollar general close by. Had no problem getting Walmart and DoorDash deliveries. Ubers were 7-10 to get to downtown and Gulch areas. Hosts were great at responding to messages. Wed stay here again if we’d come back.

Beautiful homes!

We went to Nashville for a 40th birthday for my husband. We loved the homes! They were a quick Uber from downtown and offered plenty of space. They were in perfect condition and steph and Matt were wonderful to work with!

Great stay for 17 people

We had a great time. Very nice accommodations, 15 minutes from everything. Beds, linens and towels were all top notch. We were able to enjoy the roof top 1 day. Kitchen fully equipped with tons of glassware which was much appreciated. Fridge had ice maker which made entertaining easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

Our two houses were exceptional! They were perfect for our 4 couples trip to Nashville! The houses were super clean with all the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! Beautiful rooftops! There are lots of steps but we enjoyed the workout! Easy Uber ride to Broadway! We walked to Kroger for snacks.

Spacious Beautiful and Clean

Beautiful two homes, very spacious and tons of bathrooms. Conveniently located 7minutes from Broadway, Ubers back and forth were cheap (approximately $15) owners were very accommodating with giving us a early check in since we landed early, and late checkout since our flight was in the late afternoon. The home Itself was very clean, the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop space that had a beautiful view at night. Would definitely stay again if ever in Nashville.

Great for large groups

We had 16 adults and this house fit us very comfortably. It was an easy and fast ride to get to Broadway. The surrounding neighborhood is not great but we had no issues. The units are not connected so you do have to go outside each time you want to go from one to the other. All in all, this place was a perfect resting spot for our large group!

Great long weekend in Nashville

We were here to celebrate my 50th birthday with family. We were 12 adults and this property was perfect for us. Very clean and spacious and as advertised. Rooftop decks were so nice to enjoy in the morning with coffee and in the evenings with a cocktail. The amenities and supplies were a plenty. Lots of nice touches. Owner was responsive. I understand the previous comments about the surrounding area but we never felt unsafe and talked to a few “locals” and everyone was really nice. There is some construction close by but never interfered with our stay - clearly an area that they are building out. Not surprising as a quick 10 min/$10 Uber ride to Broadway and/or surrounding area. We fell in love with Nashville. Will definitely be back and we would happily stay here again.

Close to Everything!

We rented two townhouses side by side for a leadership retreat. There were seven of us and there was ample seating to use the living room of one house for our meetings. The smart TV with Chromecast and Apple AirPlay worked perfect for sharing data/presentations. The homes are located in an area of Nashville that is being rehabilitated so there is a mixture of new construction and older homes. The neighborhood appears a little rough, but doesn't feel unsafe. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware as well. There is a Kroger right around the corner and the physical location is close to everything. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to find great food like Lockeland Table or Pinewood Social. It's also just minutes from Broadway and Topgolf. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Fantastic Experience and Great Communication

I was there for a bachelor party and this was my first experience booking a VRBO property. The property was spotless and everything in the house was marked and all the basic supplies were taken care of. Broadway is a $9 uber ride away. The owners of the house were very quick and attentive with their replies to my questions. They had a property manager that was available via text message if anything came up during the stay, and they replied quickly. The online guide that was made specifically for this property answered any question I had. The only real drawback would be the safety of the streets immediately around the property are not very safe, but it appears more properties are being built. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in a beautiful set of homes. I'd do it again next trip!

You Won’t be Disappointed

This property was perfect for our large group. We had a group of 12 adults spending 4 days in Nashville. These side-by-side condos were perfect. Centrally located, very spacious and clean. The rooftop decks were perfect for lounging between plans or at night when you just needed one more. Our only concern would be the neighborhood. The side of the street where the condos are are really nice and new. Across the street is an area that has not been updated. When you pull up to the condo, across the street is a dumpster overflowing with garbage and groups of guys outside smoking. At night it’s kinda loud with music and cars. We did not feel good unsafe, but I wouldn’t have walked across the street to Family Dollar by myself either. Communication from the owners is prompt and thorough. We had no issues. One word of advice, I would not stay here if you are older and/or have bad knees. There are lots of steps. When it’s said and done, we would stay here again. Go for it…you’ll have a blast!
