Three bedroom, two bathroom, pet friendly house overlooking the beautiful wooded hills of Tennessee. There's easy access to Downtown Nashville. This property is located in the historic town of Springfield, the antique district of Goodlettsville, and so much more!
Enjoy the covered front and back porches to relax and unwind amidst the tranquil country setting with abundant wildlife. Outdoor leisure yard games available, corn hole, horseshoes, ring toss, and more!
If you're looking for music, art, shopping, or some R&R, Tennessee has something for everyone! There's the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, parks, and great walking trails with incredible views. Tennessee is just a very scenic, beautiful state overall!
There is a minimum of a two night stay and a maximum of seven nights. Guests are allowed two dogs to stay at the property up to 50lb each ( a guest must declare pet guests and pay appropriate fees for any pets to be allowed on the property).Please refrain from letting your fur babies on the furniture. Also, please don't give Fido a bath or allow Fido in the bathtubs. That will result in additional cleaning fees as well as property damage fees. Pet hair and pet odors can be extremely hard to remove from upholstery. Pet hair can easily cause drainage issues, and the dogs toenails could scratch the bathtubs.
Stays over seven nights will incur a fifteen dollar per day additional cleaning charge. Stays longer than fourteen nights must be approved prior to booking (instant booking for over fourteen days will not be accepted)
Smoking or vaping is allowed in designated outside areas only. Any smoking or vaping inside the home will result in additional cleaning fees. There are ashtrays in the designated smoking ares on site, use as needed. Please don't throw cigarette butts in the inside trashcan. It will most likely make the house smell like cigarettes.
Thermostat room temperature is set as non occupancy in between stays to regulate and maintain moisture control when the dwelling is vacant. We invite and expect all guests to adjust the comfort level reasonably,and accordingly, the thermostat is on the wall in the dining room/kitchen eating area. During your stay, we expect and welcome everyone to adjust the comfort level. We ask, please dont turn air conditioning temp lower than 69°, in the summer as it is a climate controlled system, reducing humidity. It's a very cool and comfortable atmosphere in the warmer months. As well as the dryness in the winter, please keep heating temperatures no higher than 79°, this temperatures should be very accommodating, if anything isn't working or not working correctly please CALL, TEXT ,OR MSG, right away. We will be to the property as soon as we possibly can!

I would like to give this place a minus star. We arrived to the place and was told it was not for rent. A big tree fell n hit the corner of the place. Very unappealing. No contact with the host after me reaching out to them before the check in date. Very disappointed but it was ok the place i was able to booked was 100 times better than what this place looked like from the outside. Don't rent from this place.

Just don't do it

We never got our door code from Dave Novak owner of Expert Construction...we arrived at the property and couldn't get a hold of him, a tree had fallen on the house and there were broken down vehicles in the driveway...VRBO tried to reach after I called them and could not either so they did refund my money but VRBO probably won't get it back from him...save yourself the trouble of trying to find a new place last minute when he screws you over

The owner double booked

It was awful. After a full day of travel we arrived at 10:00pm only to find another family using the rental. They said they had it booked through the weekend. We had ALSO booked it through the weekend. However, the other family booked through a diffferent rental site. Do not book this rental. You may end up on the street when you arrive.

Bringing Logan home

The property was just as advertised. Everything suited our needs. Finding directions from there was easy. The hosts were wonderful. They left donuts for us upon arrival. Much needed snack at that hour.. we truly enjoyed our stay. When we have to go back to that area to visit family, we will definitely be contacting them to see if this is available.

Great place for the price

We had a great stay with family for Christmas. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook several meals and cookies. We had plenty of space in the living room to open presents and spend quality time. The festive decorations made it feel like home. It was a great pet friendly place to stay with a great location. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, and trashbags pretty quickly into our stay, but that is to be expected.

Everything about the home was great. I was a little un easy about it not being enough tissue , paper towels, trash bags etc. especially being in such a rural area running out of things wasn't cool. We also went to use the extra blankets but weren't sure if they were clean how they were thrown in the closets. The vacuum also didn't work when we were cleaning. Overall the home was clean and comfortable.

Worked great!

Myself, 3 children, and friends (another couple and their daughter) traveled to the area for our daughtters’ softball tournament! This house worked perfectly for the 7 of us, and was just as described! There was a perfect balance of common space as well as personal space (bedrooms). The house was adequately stocked with common items that would be needed for our 6 day stay! The location was great for us as we aren’t really city people, we often saw deer in the back yard from the deck. The road leading to the house was very windy and hilly, but different amazing views! A previous review talked about the neighbors dog, but we had no issues. We did not see the dog and only heard him once during our 6 days. This was my first time staying at a VRBO and it is now the only way I want to travel!

Nice, Comfortable Stay

Overall, a nice clean house. Good for larger families with teens and little ones. Master bedroom/bathroom is its own little suite and the children can stay on the other side of the home. Only have small critiques, with some spongy spots in the floor and the master bath double doors need to be secured where the will only swing the correct way, as they arent able to be actually secured.

Perfect country getaway

Loved this property from the moment we stepped in!! It was clean, so cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed! Beds were very comfortable and the place kept very cool in the Tennessee heat 😂 It was out in the country but not far from shopping and close to Nashville, Uber was available at a reasonable price which was greatly appreciated after a night on the town! Beautiful area and lots of room for the two teenage boys to run and ride bikes. Would not hesitate to stay here again only next time I would plan a whole day just to hang out and enjoy all the extras!!

House was as described but half open stuff left all over

The house was as described and pretty cozy, the property was really nice and big. Some of the neighbors are pretty trashy but that’s at no fault of the house owner. There was a lot of food leftover in the fridge and freezer and the owner didn’t want it thrown away unless it inconvenienced us. Kinda gross and odd that it wasn’t just cleaned and thrown out. There was also open shampoos, conditioners, a loofa, and medicine(example pepto and NyQuil) in all the bathrooms.

Enjoyed the property

We had a little trouble during the check in process. I had to reach out to him for the code twice. I never received an email with the passcode. We also were scheduled improperly between the site and the owner. However, the property was clean and nice. We loved the back deck area. It was nice to sit out there and enjoy the weather. The backyard gives you a camping vibe.

OK, but not great

The property is located about 20-60 minutrs from Nashville, depending on traffic. The owner has extra tooth brushes, toothpaste and toiletries if you have forgotten something. In my case my luggage didn't make it thru the airport and i had to wait about 24 hours for my suitcase to be delivered, so the toiletries were greatly appreciated. The area is quite and nice. There are several trailer homes on the block that appear to be very rundown, including the trailer home next to the property. Which made us feel a little concerned about the stay. The floors in the home are a bit "bouncy" when you walk on them, both in the kitchen and master bath. The finishes in the home are definately lower end quality and consistent with older modular homes. For the price paid, it is a decent value. It served the purpose as we were looking for a place near Cross Plains, TN and there really isn’t a lot of VRBO's available North of Nashville. If your looking for value and need at least 2 bed/2 bath in this area, then this is a decent option.

Nice home

The home itself was nice. It was large and clean, a nice porch to sit out on. But there was one big problem that is not the fault of the owner. Next door is pretty run down. There is a very large pit bull and signs that say beware of the dog. The dog is let out off leash no collar and no one watching or controlling. When he comes out he comes into the property yard where we stayed and he barks with his hair standing up. He never charged but It caused me to be afraid for my tiny dog and my grandchildren. This happened on Saturday and again on Sunday while we were packing up to leave.

Everything and More

Everything was perfect. Exactly as advertised. Super clean and comfortable. And the hosts did an amazing job of including extra... well, everything. Forget your toothbrush? They have one. Soap, shampoo, snacks, towels, extra blankets, pillows, games, anything you can think of - they had it onsite. The location was in a nice quiet area but convenient to nashville sites. Thank you!

Peaceful stay, close to Nashville attractions

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 pet, the home is clean, comfortable and close to all the activities we wanted to do over the weekend. Easy to find, lots of parking, quiet area and good communication with hosts. Thanks for a great stay!
