This cozy, spacious conveniently located suite is less than 2 blocks from downtown Franklin main street! It has its own private entrance and is nestled back in a beautiful carriage house just off the gorgeous 4th avenue. You can stroll to your favorite stores and restaurants within minutes or take a bike ride around this adorable town. The properties quaint entrance is well lit with a small courtyard and firepit. This is a fantastic studio suite a few blocks from downtown Franklin. It is beautifully appointed with attention to detail. It was super clean and cute. We walked to downtown Franklin restaurants, super convenient and quant. I highly recommend it.

Swordfish Suite was the perfect spot to stay to explore Franklin downtown and local historic venues. We loved the suite as it was private with plenty of space for my husband and I to enjoy some down time. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Having private laundry facilities was a great amenity. Some of the surfaces hadn’t been completely wiped down (crumbs on kitchen table and counter), but that was a minimal issue. Would definitely stay again.
