The bar/restaurant/front desk were great but the hotel wanting you to ask for towels and if you wanted your room cleaned was disappointing. That should not be something you have to ask for. I didn’t mind making my own beds and we are neat but asking for towels should be automatic. Plus they didn’t empty the trash baskets. One of the luxuries of staying at a hotel is not having to do any of that in my opinion.

Friendly staff! !!! No microwave was weird but i coulsve checked ahead of time. We like late night snacks in our room lol bar was fun and also friendly! So fun! Perfect location to walk to broadway!
