What a beautiful place to stay! The VRBO was very clean, very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the Coffee shop within the complex and easy access to historic downtown Franklin. We would definitely stay again.
The place was spotless and impressive. Plenty of space for everyone and close enough to downtown to walk. The historical sites nearby were easily accesible, we were able to grab a coffe at The Fainting Goat then walk around! Will definitely recommend to others!
Great location - accessible to everything we needed and the coffee shop downstairs was a nice bonus. The unit was very clean and had just about everything we needed. Added bonus: bed was very comfortable.
This was a great property. Very comfortable and the perfect location. It was great in the fall mornings to walk around the corner to the Fainting Goat and grab breakfast and a latte first thing! Definitely recommended.
Negatives: The check-in process was oddly difficult. The reservation went through with no issue but by the time I arrived late in the evening I still had not received the door code. I had to call the property owner and fil out multiple forms and take picture of my ID. All told I counted 8 emails just from the check-in process. Also, the place didnât have any pots or pans which made it difficult to cook breakfast the next morning. Also missing was the TV remote. We finally four deep in the couch but why wasnât it put in the proper place by the cleaning crew? Further, the HVAC system was very noisy and both mornings workers started drilling and hammering somewhere on the property before 7am. Lastly, there were commercial EXIT signs in the living room and the hallway. This is a small apartment; is that necessary? The signs made it difficult for my son to sleep in the living room. Postives: The location was great as it was only 15 minutes from where we needed to go for a meeting. The place was clean and recently updated. The property mgmt company was responsive when I told them about the missing pots and pans (although it took me a while to convince them that they were actually missing). Summary: Nice place that wasnât quite ready for guests.
