PARKING AND GETTING AROUND:
There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. It's a short 12-15 min ride to downtown lower Broadway. Parking downtown is expensive and hard to find. Uber and Lyft are the best and most affordable options.

This was truly everything it advertised. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, cozy and warm and perfect for our stay. Jennifer was very responsive with question we had and provided great recommendations for food and activity. Jennifer was an awesome host. We survived the Nashville Ice Storm of January 2026 in her lovely home. She extended our stay very graciously when we got stuck there because of the weather event. Everything here is clean and well thought out. All the amenities you expect in a vacation home. Very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4. I was very impressed with the thought the owner has put into all the extra things a guest might need. The kitchen was very well stocked as well as lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels. There was also ziplock bags, shampoo, and body wash. We will definitely stay here again.

We came to Nashville to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The townhouse was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. It was close enough to everything we needed/wanted to do and we had all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is safe and you can have any kind of food delivered.
