So cute and cozy!
Came to Nashville for a concert at Nissan Stadium. Location was great, just a 45 min walk. House was so clean, cozy and the snack and drinks were such a nice touch! I would definitely stay again!

Great location and amenities!
Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful park. Great coffee shop, Frothy Monkey and restaurant Lockeland Table within walking distance. The suite is plenty roomy for a couple- king bed, bathroom with double sinks, and a separate kitchenette / sitting room / closet. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in over the years.

Came back, and everything was just as good as the first time!
We had stayed at this property before and really liked how it was a simple place to just stay when you're tired so you can spend the rest of the time wandering around Nashville. Came back a year later, and it was more of the same. Clean, convenient, and affordable!

SEC getaway
This was a perfect stay! We were in town for the SEC—our team’s outcome may not have been what we had hoped—but Shelby House was a winner! The place is so cute—light and airy—neat and clean as can be! The property description was spot on—but even better in person.
