Location and space were perfect. Lacked kitchen utensils and extra blankets for sleeping. Was disappointed in uncleanliness of window sills and outside patio areas. No effort in fall cleanup before we arrived. Bad odor in back bedroom with washer. However, we did enjoy our stay and made the best of it.

The house and the host were fantastic . The only negative thing for us was the neighbor. We were standing in the driveway talking, waiting for our Uber, and he came out to tell us we were too loud. He didn't tolerate any noise whatsoever. So if you have a noisy group, this might not be the place for you.

This place was great! We traveled in the ice storm and were greeted by a warm and spacious and cozy house and gameroom! Very attentive hosts asking if we had all we needed through the Nashville storm. Awesome. Just what was needed! I would reccomend this house in your travels to Nashville!

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was conveniently located near the attractions we were interested in; in this case, the ICE! display at the Gaylord hotel less than 10 minutes away. The hot tub was clean and ready for use, which we appreciated. They provided everything we needed and more. We will definitely be booking this location again in the future.

Amazing location! It was right next to highly rated restaurants we wanted to eat at, grocery stores for snack runs, and the freeway to get where else we were headed. It had lots of little touches that made the home cozy, and feel fancy. My kids adored the arcade room, the pool room, and the hot tub. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond with any questions or help I needed.

Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood. Everyone, especially the kids, loved the game room in the attic. The two additional game rooms, with a pool table and a ping pong table, were awesome too. Short drive to the grand ole opry, Nissan stadium and the broadway strip. Overall, a great place to stay for a family or group of friends, that affords the opportunity to be close to the fun of the city, while staying in a nice and quiet area.

Great Nashville Gem!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute property, and it was everything we needed it to be! The location was ideal - easy access to wherever you want to go, but shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was no shortage of activity options at the house and my kiddos kept themselves occupied with rotating through most of them. The hot tub is a wonderful addition to the property and was perfect relaxation after a day of exploring the city. Don't sleep on this little gem...book it! :)

Cool Place!

Cool place! Lots of things to do for kids all ages. We went to soccer game at Geodis Park and Nashville shores over the weekend. Great location. Neighbor was a little rude once past 10PM and told us to take our "butts" inside. Other than that everything was pretty nice. Enjoyed all the extra blankets.

Lots to do!!

We traveled with a group of 13 including kids, teenagers and adults. There was something in this home for everyone and we truly enjoyed our stay here! Location was great, far enough away from the noise but close enough to get down to Broadway very quickly. Space was very clean and well taken care of and the games and hot tub and little touches really made it a nice day. I highly recommend this home. Management was very attentive as well checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory which was very nice. My kids thought it was a highlight of our trip and we were just stopping by Nashville for an evening, it was their favorite part of an entire week!

Fun Property To Stay With Friends

Really enjoyed some of the unique characteristics of this house. The upstairs arcade was fun and took us back to our teenage years. The only knock on the property was the proximity to a train. Overall, a great stay on an otherwise quiet street.
