The Space:

Double Retreat gives your group two complete, separate homes side by side on VRBO, booked together as one reservation. "The Gambler" and "The Retreat" each come with their own kitchen, living room, and rooftop, so families can spread out without ever feeling apart.



The Gambler leans into its name with a poker table banquette, a pool table under a Johnny Cash-inspired mural, and guitar-themed wallpaper in its game room. Its rooftop deck adds a hot tub, a mini golf putting green, a grill, and string lights over the skyline, perfect for parents to relax while kids wind down.



The Retreat mirrors that setup with its own rooftop hot tub and mini golf green, a ping pong table in the garage, and a matching four-bedroom layout that includes its own bunk room for the kids or younger group members.



Spend the day exploring Geodis Park or downtown Broadway, then come back for rooftop grilling at sunset, mini golf, and a few rounds of poker or ping pong before everyone settles into their own room for the night. Both homes share a backyard with a giant chess set, a hammock, and a barrel sauna, a nice way to unwind together after a full day in Music City.

Rideshare is the easiest way to reach Broadway and other downtown spots for the evening. The neighborhood is set back from downtown traffic, making it an easy home base for families driving in with kids or gear
