Featuring 4 bedrooms and 12 beds in total, there's room for the whole band!
Where you'll sleep:
Master bedroom: Located on the first floor, it boasts a king bed with en suite bath, and even a hammock swing for those lazy afternoons.
Guest room: 2nd floor king has spacious closet and cozy Boho décor
Guest room: Also on the 2nd floor, another queen bed with en suite bath and walk in shower.
Guest room: Last, but not least, for those who are ready to bunk up! 2 queen over queen bunk beds.
Need extra space? We have 3 additional twin roll out beds ready for your group

The fun doesn't stop indoors! Head outside to the huge yard and get ready to party like it's a Nashville festival. With yard games, a fenced-in yard for your furry friends, a grill for BBQ sessions, and plenty of space to hang with friends, you'll be living the Southern dream!

Inside, gather 'round the fireplace, pop open a bottle from the wine fridge, and enjoy a feast in the 6-person dining room. With modern and boho vibes throughout, this house is sure to hit all the right notes for your Nashville getaway.

Location: Under 3 miles to Broadway – just a quick 10-15 min uber.
Also short Uber or Lyft ride to places like Opryland, 12 South, the Gulch, Music Row.
Don't sleep on these two neighborhoods close by!! Germantown and East Nash.
Nearby Germantown has some of the finest dining options in Nashville, including our favorites:
- Butchertown Hall
- Rolf and Daughters
- 5th & Taylor

East Nash has tons of great coffee shops and dining and shopping options as well. Can't miss!

Other things to note:
- Parking: Two parking spots are available behind the house, off the alley, and under the carport. You can also go ahead and park along the street in front of the house.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
