We did not have hot water for three days of our stay. Taking a shower in freezing cold water was horrible. There didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency to get it fixed and no alternative accommodations offered!!

3rd year in a row we stayed here, love the hotel and proximity to Downtown. Great stay as always only minor issue was with elevator - we had room on 5th floor and the elevator across from fitness room wasn't working properly. Didn't go go all the way to 5 for most of our stay, had to get off on 4 and take stairs

Rooms are very large and updated. it’s great to find a hotel with 2 king beds! The breakfast had impressive offerings. The lobby had coffee available at all times. The location is great - a short walk to Broadway. I will seek to stay here every time I’m in town.

We loved the location close to Broadway and all of the sites that Nashville offers. The staff at check in were very friendly. Rooms need safes. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where a safe was not offered.
