We stayed one night for baseball w 2 dogs. Probably one of the cleaner hotels and the beds were great. It was quiet and the breakfast was good.

Horrible for Hampton! Not Hampton standards by far

I only stay at Hampton hotels, and the Hampton at this location was one of the worst I’ve ever been in! The only thing that was good about it was the gentleman who checked me in… Other than that, it was strictly downhill. First the air conditioner, wooden quit squealing, the temperature got up to 73 finally made it down to 71 and never got cooler hovering at 72 even though the thermostat was set at 66. I have asthma so that was unacceptable in my room! The outlets in the nightstand in the USB and the nightstand did not work! The wall plug near the window sparked! The girl at the front desk the following morning, when I checked out the young blonde, literally brushed off my complaint as though oh OK we’ll have somebody look at it… As though it was a passing thought! I’m floored, and in all honesty, considering the conditions of that room, and how bad of a night I had due to all of these things that should never have been rented to customer with them in the shape… I will never be staying in that area at that location ever and I am back-and-forth to Florida constantly!! Someone should actually call the building inspector and have them check out those rooms cause they can’t be the only one that has that kind of an issue!!!

Great place to stay

I actually booked this for my older parents while we were attending the State 11-year-old Little League Championships in Nolensville. They really enjoyed this hotel, and it was very convenient for them to go back and forth to the games.
