We arrived around 10:45pm after driving for 13 hours. The front desk lady at check in was extremely helpful and nice. She made checking in a quick and easy. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the room was spacious.
We slept in a bit after a late night and went to breakfast at 9:30, thinking we had 30 mins because breakfast ended at 10am. The lady running the breakfast had already made last call and there was very little food left. She seemed annoyed that we were there to eat. Several other patrons noticed this as well. She also had so drama with the morning desk lady. I e never experienced this at a Hampton Inn before. I would have left a perfect rating if not for the breakfast issue. We always stay at a Hampton Inn and the breakfast is a big reason why we do, since we have 4 kids. We had to end up taking them out to eat.
Got to the hotel and only had three towels for 4 people, my husband went to the desk to ask for more. The people working were outside smoking complaining about a guest who had asked for something. He went ahead and asked for towels. They said the maids wouldn’t be at work tonight and someone would have to wash the towels and they would have more tomorrow. Went down the next morning and still no towels. I had to dry with a hand towel after my shower.
When I walked in I thought, this isn't like the other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. It was crisp and clean and shiny looking. I had a great stay thank you Hampton
Wonderful hotel. We stay here frequently as a “staycation”, and are impressed every time. Immaculate, super friendly staff, easy access to food etc, and a super value. Also, if you have pets, it has a wonderful place to walk your dog.
