The room was nice and spacious, but lacked a few things we feel are necessary for an “extended stay” type of room. There was no dresser for clothes, no frying pan to cook with, or spatula type utensils to use when cooking and the ceiling fan over the bed had no way to control it. The room was clean and the hotel building was nice but we were expecting the hotel to have more in the room for an extended stay. Overall we would say the hotel was nice and the front desk people were courteous, but with the vast choices of places to stay, we would more than likely pick another hotel to stay the next time we come to the Nashville area.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Only thing we had an issue with was the breakfast. We have been staying here for four years and each year the breakfast gets worse. This year for 4 of the days we stayed there was overcooked oatmeal and “egg”omelets filled with fake cheese. Gone was the fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs they had when we first started coming here.

The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was okay, water was on the cooler side while the room itself was very hot and humid. The speakers playing music throughout the hotel, including the echoey pool room, were so loud that the music was crackling. The breakfast was edible at best. We were there 20 after they started breakfast at 7, and it was the taste and texture as if I had been reheated from the previous day. I love hotel breakfast, so this was very disappointing.

I never stayed here but they charged me a full 3 night's stay. On the day of original check in, I immediatly noticed they gave me an unclean room. When I asked the front desk if they could vacuum the floor since it was carpet and hadn't been vaccumed from last guest, I was told housekeeping is gone for the day and no they couldn't. I then asked for a different room and was told there is only a top floor available (I was travelling with a dog and prefer to not take long trips on stairs or elevators for the multiple times to walk her). I informed them I could find another hotel since the room is unclean and can't be cleaned. They agreed and checked me out within the hour I had arrived - I never stayed in any room there They then charged me the full 4 nights stay and said ti would not be refundable. I called the GM and all the front desk several times asking and explaining I had to pay another hotel for those days. They understood I never stayed at this hotel, and had to pay to stay elsewhere due to their unclean rooms, and they still informed me they would not be reimbursing since they have a no cancellation policy. I used to work for Marriott hotels and would have never encountered this at any of the hotels where I was a sales executive. I am surprised a company can operate this way and take money for services or rooms they never provided due to their unclean room. Just beware if you are booking here in the future of their policies.
