Not a positive experience.

Would not stay again. Neighbors were very disrespectful & playing loud music in the late hours & early morning. Neighbors parked in front of the VRBO & a broken down vehicle was parked outside. Hot Tub was not working properly & listing description said it was new? We notified the owner immediately. Was not a pleasant or positive experience.

Awesome stay

Hosts always responsive and accommodating. Listing is exactly as advertised. Only thing we came across was broken cots for extra sleeping options upon our arrival. Other than that awesome space and location is close to everything.

Excellent base for visiting Nashville

The house was super clean, close to downtown and very comfortable. It looks newly built or remodeled, with many thoughtful touches. We enjoyed the hot tub. I would choose this house again when in Nashville. Communication with the ownership was excellent, questions were answered promptly.

Great house!

We loved this property! There was a large group of us and the bed situation was perfect! All of the mattresses were very comfortable. Lots of towels and dinnerware. It would’ve been nice to have furniture on the front porch to sit on but the back yard had basic furniture and the hottub was wonderful. Overall, it was a wonderful house. We would book again!!

Family of 11 stayed comfortably at the house. It was open space, beds comfortable. Short Uber rides everywhere. So clean and nice!! Can’t wait to come back again!!! Thanks for having our family. It was a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful house!

The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. We had a large group and there was plenty of room. Not far from strip, quick Uber ride! The only negative was the neighbors working on their car at 2am, street is a bit sketchy but looks like it’s turning over!

Nice place, good time, gentrified neighborhood

The house is as nice as the pictures indicate, and the location is very convenient to everything we wanted to visit on our family vacation. The yard worked well for our 2 small dogs, and using the car port was an advantage over parking on the street. BEWARE, there were several cars parked on the street with side mirrors knocked off, and we heard several cars speeding down the narrow street. What I didn’t know is the neighborhood has a lot of new houses like this one that appear to be built by the same builder, and they’re clearly higher value than the rest of the older homes around it. Feel a little conflicted supporting gentrification, although a rather limited extent. The house was a good deal for our family overall.

Great place!

This is a great property, exactly as advertised. The house was beautiful and the owners were very helpful and receptive to any questions we had. I would recommend this property to looking for a nice place and a good time. Just a few minutes from Broadway and the Uber was about $25 total for a group of six people. Wonderful time!

Amazing house!

We went on a guys trip to Nashville and had an amazing time at the house! It’s a beautiful house, very nicely decorated and set up perfectly for a group of people to stay all together. Communication with host was easy
