We love staying here and have the last several times we’ve came to Nashville. The breakfast is great as well. They are amazing. My only complaint is they do not offer a shuttle to/from downtown like other hotels.

We enjoyed our stay here. We came in town for a dance comp that was held across the street at the Sheraton. Bri was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the non dairy creamer option lol. I wouldn't recommend the first floor as we could hear everything up and down the halls and through the walls seemed like. I didn't complain as I realized we were in bed much earlier than most due to the all day dance events. I would definitely recommend the property.

Unfortunately the service didn’t match the hotel. Except for the bar. I travelled to Vegas and left my car at this hotel for several days and on my return I stayed one night in the hotel. When I pulled up to the gate and called the desk to let me in I had to call back 4 times to finally get her to tell me to push the button hard so that she could let me in. When I came inside to get my ticket she didn’t smile at all, seemed annoyed with me, and was told I had to move my car to the side. I had already parked so it would have been nice to know this before I’d already parked. The attendant wasn’t busy so I am not sure why she seemed so rushed when dealing with me. Even if I hadn’t stayed a night at the hotel, if parking is offered, at a cost, please treat me like you would a hotel guest. The night attendant wasn’t rude but just not very friendly. Smiles go a long way😊. But I loved my hotel room!!

Always a great stay!

It’s always a great stay! Clean, the staff are alway friendly & it’s a very convenient location with an airport shuttle that runs both ways to & from the hotel that’s complimentary.
