There was not one microwave that worked in the facility at least that what the service person said. The hallway on my floor smelled like someone had vomitted liquor.

Good stay overall for quick in and out stay

It said on the TV that the airport shuttle started at 5am but it actually starts at 6am. I stayed here because of the airport shuttle but ended up having to get an uber in the morning. The lights in the bathroom sink area keep turning on and off. Room was very dark inside.

The person in the front desk was kind and helpfull. We arrived late to the hotel around 2 am, i called like three hours before for request blanket. When we arrived at that time I received the request and a good service.

A HOT MESS!!!

A/C was on 60 the entire time, but felt like 75! Faucet handle broke off while running water for a bath! Curtain had small holes and rather large soiled spot in bottom right corner! Mentioned ice machine broken on 3rd floor and employee like “Oh, that’s been broken FOR YEARS” Just called to speak with MGMT because was told nothing could be done yesterday while I was there and was advised to call back this evening, but not sure of name of supposed supervisor who should be there!

A/C was on 60 but felt like 75 the ENTIRE STAY pretty much… and bathroom felt a sauna cause NO VENTS
UGLY soiled spot in curtains that could’ve been washed, but should’ve been REPLACED if spot wouldn’t come out!
Faucet had no stopping point… loose and constantly spun around until hit position to stop water… then came COMPLETELY OFF !!!

Loved this hotel! Everything was clean and organized. The front desk staff was welcoming. The room was wonderful. Loved the layout and the carpet was clean. The beds were comfortable and provided great sleep. The food options were great, they had breakfast tacos with cheddar cheese! Real food options in addition to the regular bread and cereal. I also really appreciated the inclusion of hot tea with the coffee bar.

The hotel could use maintenance. The pool was nice. Something was wrong with the water temperature, the water was scalding hot all the time, even hot water in the toilet. I had to run shower forever to waste hot water in order to shower. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Not many restaurants near, but plenty within 15-20 min drive.

There was no restaurant or actual bar. The listing showed a Starbucks but it was only a Starbucks machine that was inoperable. The "bar" was attached to the reservation desk on the backside and had very little to offer. Had some liquor bottles on display but did not actually have it available. This hotel was misrepresented on Expedia.
