Kitchen & Dining:
The modern kitchen is a culinary haven, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all your basic cooking essentials. Complete with island bar seating that is a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or grab a quick bite before hitting the town. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table for 4, where guests can enjoy local flavors from nearby eateries, or hearty home-cooked meals.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
With a split floor plan, each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a smart TV. While the primary bathroom is not directly attached to the bedroom but is conveniently located in the same hallway, along with the closet for clothing storage. This entire side of the home is dedicated as the primary suite, providing an exclusive and luxurious experience for guests. The other two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with stylish and comfortable furnishings, ensuring guests feel pampered throughout their stay. The 2nd bathroom is conveniently located off the living area, complete with a shower/tub combo.

Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

Notes to Guests & Important Details:
*Please note this unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building; however, an elevator is available onsite.
**This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.
***Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
****We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. While all units maintain a consistent standard quality, sizes and décor vary. - Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
