Hidden Creekside Oasis – Minutes to Downtown Nashville


Welcome to your private Nashville retreat, a spacious 1,200-square-foot guest suite located within our single-family home. This fully self-contained space offers the comfort and privacy of your own place while still being part of a beautiful residential property.

Guests enjoy private parking and a private entrance, allowing you to come and go freely throughout your stay. Although the suite is located within our home, it is separated from our upstairs living quarters, creating a peaceful and private environment that feels like its own space.

As you enter through the private entrance, you’ll step into a bright and relaxing sunroom, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a night out in Music City while watching a movie on the 55-inch wall-mounted TV.

The suite comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups visiting Nashville. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, each topped with plush memory-foam toppers for a comfortable night’s rest. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa, simply let us know in advance and we will provide bedding to ensure everything is ready for your stay.

One of the highlights of the space is our newly remodeled bathroom, now featuring a full-size bathtub and shower, a spacious double vanity, and convenient access to the washer and dryer. The larger bathroom makes getting ready easy for couples or groups heading out to explore Nashville.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming home away from home, where guests can relax and recharge after experiencing everything the Nashville area has to offer. From the comfortable beds to the quiet neighborhood setting, every detail is designed with your comfort in mind.

The apartment style was amazing. Cute, clean, and spacious. Not a far drive from downtown and other neighborhoods such as Franklin. The only thing I would change would be the parking situation. One spot to park in a driveway, on a curve to get in and out of was not ideal, but doable. I would stay here again, I probably would just Uber more frequently.

We had a wonderful stay in a truly beautiful place. The unit was perfect, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and exceptionally well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom is brand new and very luxurious.The washer and dryer were modern, convenient, and a great addition. The kitchen was outstanding—fully equipped beyond expectations. You could really feel the personal care and attention that went into every aspect of the space.The garden is huge, peaceful, and overlooks a private stream, which made the whole experience even more special. It was an absolute pleasure staying there.

Really nice!Very clean and had every thing we needed.Our only slight problem was the tiny shower.The auto shampoo kept going off when you got near it at all and also kept going off when we weren't even in there.Made the space even smaller.

Perfect Nashville Retreat

The home is as described in the listing and all the reviews proved spot on.. a perfect 10. Clean, cozy, comfortable.. the owners pay attention to the smallest details and take great care to ensure that you have a terrific stay in Nashville. The neighborhood is mature, peaceful, and away from the hustle-bustle, but still close enough to get to most parts of Nashville fairly conveniently. We spent a lot of time at going back-and-forth to our daughter's home close to Lipscomb U as well as the 12 South area quickly and easily. Looking forward to returning to The White House, our home away from home, for our future Nashville trips!
