Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath house.  The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the two upstairs bedrooms are furnished with a queen- sized bed and two twin-sized beds, plenty of beds to accommodate 6 people.  The living room is furnished with an over-sized couch and a love seat, plus two more comfy chairs.  The dining table seats six. The kitchen is granite and stainless steel, and is equipped with dishes, cups, utensils, cutlery, as well as pots and pans. It is a short, relaxing drive to downtown without having to use any major highways!

Nice Home

Nice property. We used it as a "home base" for a multi-day concert in Nashville. We took an uber back and forth and it was a little further away than i had hoped, but it was a nice place and served the purpose quite nicely. Uber rides to and from downtown were about 15-20 mins. Will definitely book again.

Our Nashville stay at the Iris Inn

We were a little disappointed initially when we first arrived. Some of the kitchen drawers had what looked like pest droppings however we never saw a bug the whole time there and everything else was clean and comfortable. The location is just a few minutes from downtown or the Grand Ol Opry. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby also. Our only advise is the top floor was quite a bit warmer than the main floor. To make the 2nd floor comfortable you had to freeze the 1st floor. All was fine and we would consider staying there again if we return.

Iris Inn was an excellent choice!

We made the right choice picking Iris Inn for our Nashville stay. The AC and fans were nice to come home to after exploring Downtown. It was an easy location to find. We would rent Iris Inn again.

Awesome place

The location is in a nice quiet area. Great for good nights sleep! Close to everything in nashville that we had toured. 20 mins from downtown. 10 mins to grand ole opry mall and everything in that area. Plenty of stores around. The house is perfectly setup nicely for 6 people perfect size and accommodations. We had an incident we needed help with and dot returned call immediately and help fix the situation and had a very nice conversation and very persinable. Would absolutely stay here again! Mark H

Spring break trip

I really appreciated her quick responsiveness to all my questions. Very convenient location. We were a little disappointed in the disrepair of the master bathroom. Cracked walls, and in need of fresh paint. The only other issue was the funiture and overall inside smelled musty when we got there, and the brown couch was very comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Comfortable stay. Dot is fantastic and quick to respond when texted. We were were ahead of schedule so dot allowed us to check in a day early. House is in need of some TLC. Mostly cosmetic. More dished and utensils are required as well.

Three sisters never been to Nashville before. Had a wonderful time. The Iris Inn was perfect. Just outside downtown, easy Uber rides to destinations so didn’t rent a car. Would stay here again.
