This place is great, and the host is so nice and helpful and responds quickly. Many great bars and restaurants super close by. Lots of stuff in walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Here is the final version of Option 3, featuring that specific bed line from Option 2 and using only standard hyphens:We had a great family birthday reunion here with a group of 8 adults. Jungle Bougie was a great fit for us. The location is solid - the neighborhood itself is pleasant and nice for morning walks, and we were able to walk to several local coffee shops and bars. Publix was a 3 minute drive. When we wanted to head to Broadway, it was only about a 15 Lyft ride. Having a garage made parking easy. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck and enjoyed using the grill. Inside, the bathrooms were nicely done, and while no rental bed beats sleeping at home, these were definitely more comfortable than what you usually find in vacation rentals.The stay wasn't entirely seamless, as we ran into a couple of hiccups on our first night. However, the host was highly responsive and excellent to work with to get everything sorted out. It’s a strong option for a group trip, and we would definitely consider booking it again for our next Nashville visit.

The place is superb! Great decor, great spaces, I would love to give 5 stars but the the train tracks nearby,with TRAIN horns blaring, especially at 2, 3, and 4a.m made good sleep in the master bedroom impossible! Also Loud trash pickup (on Friday morning)of dumpsters outside the window at 3am was diabolical for sleeping! To be fair, I understand that this is not the control of the owners, but is worth mentioning,as it deteriorated my experience. Food and entertainment were convenient and travelling downtown was too. The rooftop area was comfortable and private. Great choice if location to trains is not an issue.
