Dear Guests,

Welcome to our Lake Home located on Old Hickory Lake n Mt. Juliet, just 25 minutes from downtown Nashville.

We have a May and June Special. Reserve 5 Nights and get our 24 Ft. Bentley Pontoon Boat FREE for 1 Day. This same boat rents for
$900.00 for 8 hours at the local Marina. Offer starts with all reservations made after May 5, 2026.

This a One of a Kind Mediterranean Home with 4-bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood directly on the lake. Our home is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable place to relax while still being close to Nashville’s dining, music, and entertainment.

Please review the house rules below and the full listing details before booking. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to reach out. We hope to host you soon!

There 3,000 sq. ft. of living space and 4,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space and there are 4 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people comfortably. You can expect 8 beds and a sleepover sofa, 2 large bathrooms, and 1 half bath. Family Room, Dining Room, and a Piano Room & Lounge. There is hardwood flooring throughout the entire home and two water fountain features on the property. Please see our HD Drone Video.

The Tiki Hut is Awesome and comes with a full outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, sink, with a black stone grill, and 2 smokers and a private beach area.

We have 1 canoe, 1 paddle board, 2 10 ft. lily pads, and 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests.

House Rules + Guest Expectations:
◩ Quiet times are 10:30pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors!
◩ Smoking is not permitted inside the property
◩ No weapons or fireworks
◩ No candles
◩ There is no street parking. However, there is parking in the property driveway.

We do have 180 - 5 Star Reviews on other platforms and we have been renting our lake home for the past 7 years.
However, we are New to Air B n B, Lake.com, Google.com, and Booking.com.

We do allow 3 Night Reservations during the week Sunday - Tuesday or Monday - Wednesday. Or any other openings during the week in our calendar.

Me and my family had a spectacular stay here! Mark is an incredibly helpful host and and excellent communicator. My kids said this is the best place we’ve ever rented. We enjoyed thr beautiful weather and Mark provided us with kayaks, a canoe and he even has extra fishing gear to fish off the shore in the backyard. We enjoyed our time sitting around the fire pit beside the tiki hut. The interior is spacious and well equipped with plenty of room for the kids and my parents as well. Highly recommend.

My family and I spent 2 weeks here while my husband and sons were working nearby. The house is absolutely beautiful, but the best part is the outdoor area. The lake view was amazing, especially at sunset. We were able to bring our 2 dogs, who had a nice big backyard to explore. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

Mark was very attentive and made sure we knew where everything was in the house and told us if we needed anything to let him know. The house was very clean and well kept. Plenty of room and wonderful location for our visit to Nashville. Would stay here again. Great place and beautiful house.

This house is beautiful inside and out, especially out! There are many outdoor spaces to sit, relax, and take in the beautiful scenery. The lake view is phenomenal with the sun setting directly across. Inside the house, the entryway is stunning! All other rooms are tastefully decorated as well. We cooked a few meals while there and had all the kitchen supplies we needed to do so. The beds we slept in were comfortable enough that I was able to get a good nights sleep while away from home. There were minor issues like the ceiling fans needed cleaned, a few interior lights were out, and the dining room table wobbled. These things did not affect our enjoyment of the property however. My youngest son is very musically inclined so he spent a lot of time playing the piano and the guitars in the house. And my 18 year old son enjoyed driving the pontoon that we rented from the owner for a day on the lake. Mark was responsive in his communications with us and helpful when we locked ourselves out. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Nashville.

Great Stay!This property was perfect for our trip; great location and plenty of room for everyone. You can walk right out to the lake, and the primary bedroom even has its own private balcony with beautiful views. The back porch has tons of seating, and there are barbecues everywhere for grilling. The outdoor kitchen and bar area are awesome! The house itself is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great spot and access to the water. Take water shoes, it is very slippery getting in and out of the lake. The house was easy for 6 of us to get around without getting under each other. Take the kayak and paddle board to 2 ft cove for a fun afternoon. We will go back!

EXCELLENT! Beautiful spacious home for our stay near Nashville with our family on beautiful Old Hickory Lake. Beautiful views with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The owners Mark and Jen took care of everything we needed to welcome our new grandson and make our stay memorable. You don't need to bring anything. The home is well equipped with essentials plus kayaks, lake toys, coolers, fishing gear, and more. We rented his beautiful spacious pontoon boat to enjoy some time on the water. We did not want to leave and we look forward to coming back soon!

Great location—Two Foot Cove was lively and fun, and we were only 30 minutes from the city and music on Broadway. The view and setting were definitely highlights.Unfortunately, the house itself was a letdown. On arrival, it was uncomfortably hot; the AC struggled from day one and broke halfway through our stay, causing a ceiling leak (later repaired). The host was responsive but came by five out of seven days, which interrupted our trip.Other downsides: trash bin was full on arrival, no propane for the grill, minimal cookware, only two kitchen towels, leaky/damaged kayaks, and a subpar dishwasher. Wonderful gathering spot for friends and families

Unique, beautiful home on the inside and outside. The outdoor living space is outstanding. The views from the porch are beautiful. The 2 foot cove is a gem! A great place for the kids to play football and games in water standing up. The family also enjoyed fishing for bass. The host is very attentive to our needs and very responsive to any questions. We were lucky to have found such a perfect place to gather.

Amazing home!

I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised we were to enter this home. Beautifully designed and well configured. Views were fantastic! Very peaceful and serene surroundings. The place was clean and prepared for us. Communication with the owner was great. He was always willing to help out and accommodate. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Stay

We had such a great stay at this house for our friend get-together. The house was clean, stocked up with everything you could need. The decided to rent the pontoon for one day and were really glad we did - Mark was very easy to work with and was very responsive whenever we needed something. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a nice place on the water to relax. We also enjoyed being close to downtown nashville and there is a nearby cafe (Mumus) where we grabbed breakfast which we really enjoyed.

Family reunion & Birthday party

This was the perfect home to accommodate six members of our 3-generation family, and to serve as a gathering spot for nearby- and visiting relatives for grandmother's 90th birthday party. Beautiful lake views, an expansive & comfortable deck, and stocked with a piano and guitars for a family sing-along! Will consider again as a 'base camp' for future visits to Nashville.

A Perfect Lakefront Stay for a Memorable Graduation Celebration

Our stay at this stunning lakefront home in Nashville was nothing short of amazing. We rented the house for our daughter’s graduation from Vanderbilt, and it was the perfect home base as family flew in from all over to celebrate. The views of the lake were breathtaking, and the home itself was beautifully designed with plenty of seating and cozy niches to relax and enjoy.The host was fantastic—welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was having a private chef prepare a celebration dinner for us in the comfort of the house, which was an unforgettable experience—so much better than a restaurant! We had no complaints whatsoever, and we would absolutely love to rent this house again when we return to Nashville.

A slice of paradise

We stayed here for a mini family reunion. The place is perfect for such a gathering.Between the back deck, the courtyard and the tiki hut area, so many picture perfect places to reconnect. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the neighborhood was nice and house easy to find, plus close to shopping. Downtown Nashville was around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Highly recommend. Also dog friendly!
