Fairly clean, very friendly staff, nice accommodations. Roomy apartment and great location right near broadway. Room could have used a little better cleaning on the furniture and the tile flooring and the parking spaces were very narrow. A small space was provided for a lot of spaces and when heavily booked it became very tight and difficult sometimes to park and be able to get out. Overall, a very good experience though.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. Felt completely safe. Parking was a little confusing but once we got in everything was super easy. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We will be staying again for our next Nashville trip!

The property is run by a very small crew. There was no one to welcome us. We needed to checkout early, spoke to the man at the front desk, but then received a call from off the premises to ask if we checked out. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The rug was old. There was a dirty toilet bowl brush in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it. The bed is very low to the floor. I wouldn’t stay there again since there are so many other choices.

The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make our stay as comfortable as they could from day 1. The room was clean and just as described. We had a glitch with the air conditioning in our unit but the staff was able to fix it within hours. The location was perfect, walking distance to the park, groceries, and broadway. Gym was solid. No pool. Overall very happy and will definitely stay again.

Booked the hotel , received a confirmation email to fill out an online check in process. Arrived and was able to get into the hotel and into my room with ease. When arriving in my room it was super clean they had a coffee bar, and some laundry pods, plenty of towels. When I did need the front desk staff they were super nice and helpful , even gave us dinner ideas. Oh and the rooms have super tall ceilings and doors , that was a nice touch.

The staff are friendly and as helpful as can be - we had a note placed on our file last month to be situated on the first floor. Normally, it wouldn't matter. But the first floor has doors that open up to convenient access to the grassy area (we akways have a medical alert service dog with us). But instead of being on the 1st floor, we were assigned the 4th floor. Its only through my good fortune that I ran into a guest that was checking into the 1st floor and they were very gracious saying that they didnt mind at all to trade rooms. Please, we always have our medical alert service dog with us, not only keep that note on file but carry out this need to make our stay infinitely more easy. There are plenty of hotels in downtown Nashville. The reason that we select The Mint Reserve is because of this amenity.

I absolutely love both the location and the property, the lack of street parking in the area is a downside but if you're willing to pay for the on-site parking it's super convenient and secured.

Security was great and Jeremy in the lobby was friendly and a huge help. The room was nice except the couch was stained and I did not want to sit on it. I covered it with a blanket. All the nightstands and side tables were wobbly. I was afraid to use the one. The vault area did not look like the picture at all. No furniture there. I loved the outside grounds. It is a unique building.
