We chose this home because of its proximity to the water and it did not disappoint!Lovely home, very comfortable with plenty of room. The host was responsive and had thought of everything needed to make guests feel at home while away from home.We loved sitting on the screened porch perched above the water, watching the cranes and turtles in their natural habitat.Fishing was great and the kids loved the kayaks, pool table and games provided in the home.Quiet neighborhood with plenty of services close by.Thanks Bryan for a stellar stay!Mark and Shelly
Our son, daughter in-law and college age grandsons joined us. We had a wonderful time sitting on the screen porch, playing pool and enjoying the hot tub. We had everything we needed! Our host checked on us and was available if we needed anything.
Can't say enough nice things about the place and/or the host Brian -- very kind and accommodating. The place has everything you need and the wildlife surrounding the area was incredible. We saw, 26 or more geese @ one time all together, 15 or more Deer -- 7 of which were together as a heard. Handful of turtles, egrets, cardinals, and even caught 3 fish from the docksideIt was and is the perfect get away. Brian put fresh water in the hot tub the day before we arrived and many other little details that were so thoughtful.10/10 recommend!
What a lovely property that was so comfortable and inviting - the host was so responsive to all questions and the home was clean and as described - we want to come back during another season and will re book!!
Warm and very comfortable with plenty of space for multiple people and still have privacy. The screened in porch is perfect to sit and watch the water and the wildlife. Great small touches around the house to help you feel at home. Bryan was great to communicate with and clear on all instructions. The location is removed enough from Nashville center, but plenty of nice local spots within a short drive. Tons of fun games provided if you never want to go out!
This is an excellent place to stay and has all the amenities. We enjoyed every bit of our trip to Nashville. The only thing missing was a second kayak, but everything else was great.
This place is nestled in a quiet neighborhood which is great to get away from the noise of downtown Nashville. Host was great. Wish there was AC in the garage to enjoy the pool table more. Dock was nice to fish off of but the water was also really shallow but enough places close enough to get water access. Hot tub was very clean. Big yard to play in. Found a few screws in the driveway but could possibly be due to construction at the adjacent property. Overall, would highly recommend staying here.
If you have a big group and you are looking to get away but still have the convenience of every day life within 10 minutes, you found the right place.
Spacious. Lovely deck. Hot tub. Right on the water. Wildlife. Nashville within 30 minutes. Golf courses within 10. Boat rental 5 minutes as well as a boat launch. Your own personal dock. The host actually came out and blew up a raft for us during the trip.
Wonderful place for a family or a bachelor/bachelorette party or a golf trip.
Do yourself a favor and pick this place and enjoy!!!
