In exchange for staying at our lake home (the 'Premises') and participating in activities on Old Hickory Lake, including those in the backyard, you (the 'Releasors'), your children, and your guests release, waive, and discharge Bryan and Carolyn Moore from all liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from injury—including death—or property damage to you, your children, or your guests, whether caused by Bryan and Carolyn Moore’s negligence or otherwise, while engaging in lake-related activities.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bryan and Carolyn Moore harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they incur due to your, your children’s, or your guests’ presence on the Premises or Old Hickory Lake, even if caused by their negligence.
You assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage to yourself, your children, or your guests, whether due to Bryan and Carolyn Moore’s negligence or otherwise, while on the Premises or participating in Old Hickory Lake activities.
This release, waiver, and indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Tennessee law. If any part is found invalid, the remainder remains fully enforceable."
