Very clean and the beds were so comfortable after a day of sightseeing! Host was very accommodating. Coffee was waiting for us on the counter! Nice addition! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place for anyone spending a few days in Nashville.

Our group of six women sent four nights in this beautiful, modern, spacious home. The beds were comfortable, the closets big and location was perfect. The house lives up to the listing photos with the exception of the outdoor patio with fire pit, which was the reason we chose this home. We were very disappointed that the cushions and table top were very dirty and the wicker was in such disrepair, we were not even able to use them.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Check-in was simple and stress-free, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick drive or Uber ride to Broadway. After long, fun-filled days downtown, the back porch and fire pit became our favorite spot to relax and hang out together. This home made our trip unforgettable, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing! Don't pass this one up!

We came to Nashville from Illinois with our friends to celebrate our friend's daughter's 21st birthday! This house is nothing short of amazing! Jill was awesome about communicating! The house was clean, perfect for entertaining, cooking and hanging out! It's a quick Uber ride from Broadway and quiet at night! Perfect!

Nashville Vacation

Overall the house is very nice and located close to downtown. It was an easy uber ride to the downtown bars. We also found some local restaurants that were good. We had a few issues with lights not working but the property manager came over the 1st night and replaced the bulbs that were out. Unfortunately Nashville had some bad rain storms right before we arrived so that made the outside unusable but we enjoyed hanging out as a family instead.

Beautiful Spacious House and Great Location!

We rented this house for a long weekend and absoutely loved it. It was beautiful and spacious with beautiful walk in closets and plenty of room for the 5 ladies in our group. Great locations as it is about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Our first trip to Nashville and it was one for the books. I would love to stay here again if and when we come back to visit.

Family Stay in Nashville

The property is nice. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. It’s within 10-15 minutes of everything around Nashville. The bathroom upstairs could use a shower liner and needs some upkeep done.
