In Smashville, we don`t just know music, we also know sports! Stay with us in a sports fan`s dream where you`re minutes from our college and professional sporting events.

Take the big game back with you for a celebration where you have a great view of downtown on your balcony just off Broadway.

The building offers free parking, and this unit specifically has a dedicated parking space, Parking Space #45, as well as a gym open 24/7, and a lounge, all that at walking distance to the Gulch (8 min) & Broadway (15 min)!

YOUR SPACE:
The unit is located on the 5th floor of a 6 story industrial building, adjacent to the Gulch.

★ Enter into the hallway of lockers and benches to store your gear. Round the first hallway to feature three of our themed rooms or continue down the length of the way to turn into the kitchen, and living room with a projector tv off the fourth bedroom. The balcony wraps on the north and eastern side of the building for a great view of downtown and the sunrise.

Kindly note that there may be slight differences in the listed bed types due to platform limitations. We recommend checking the photos and their captions for the most accurate details.

★ Travel sustainably: during your stay, you will be able to use tote bags for zero-waste grocery shopping, reusable k-cups, compost bin to place all food scraps and compostable items, refillable & vegan hotel amenities that we buy in bulk to limit packaging. You can also donate unconsumed food, clothes and accessories at the end of your stay. If you have any suggestion on how to improve our sustainability program, we`d love to hear about it!

★ Share the love: you will find post cards from a local art print business in the unit. If you write post cards, and leave them in the condo, we will stamp and mail them for you!

★ Local partners: we are proud to support local businesses! Room service with Bad Axe Throwing, bachelorette party partner Bach Babes, coffee roasted by Honest Coffee shop, or Local Artist promotion across the building. Ask your host for more info on our local partners and discounts!

Other note:
✶Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.
✶ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
✶ Parking: Parking Space #45 - The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.
✶ Latch Smart Locks: Guests will be invited to download The Latch App before their stay. We will need an email on file to give you Latch access.
✶ Location: This new building is centrally located. While it features excellent soundproofing, some noise from other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction may be audible. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.
✶ Amenities: All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities. We do not control their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.
✶ Nearby Attractions: Photos in the listing depict places within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car.
✶ Smoke-Free: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the courtyard, pool, and condo balconies.
✶ Families: We provide a pack-n-play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs)

✶ Supplies: We provide ample amenities, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities can be purchased if needed.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

*Please note that the urban location may come with some city sounds, including nearby construction, trains, and sirens. The area is home to a diverse community, including individuals who may seek assistance from a nearby shelter.

*We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors` availability.
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
