My room was on the highway side of the property. It was very noisy during the night, and I had a hard time sleeping, even though i had the fan on the AC blasting all night. It was very close to the race i was running, so that was very convenient. A short walk to downtown.

Good hotel

The hotel was good the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed they say they have a shuttle to Broadway every hour and they no longer do it. We also had to pay 25.00 a night to park in the parking lot. I thought that was ridiculous. Pool water was warm but the room was cold so it was not enjoyable.

I liked that the property was close to downtown, however, we were unaware of the construction across the street which obstructed our view of downtown and made driving to downtown a little difficult. Overall, it was a nice property and the pool was pretty cool also.

We paid for a room with a view and weren’t told ahead of time that construction was the view in question. A new stadium was being built across the narrow street, noisy and loud and going on almost around the clock. The noise, combined with the fact that we’d paid extra for this view, was super disappointing. A heads up or a price adjustment would’ve been the bare minimum and appropriate. The staff was lovely, but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Lastly, we weren’t made aware until the day of arrival that there was a fee for parking daily. The email alert said $25, but the counter said it was $35. Regardless, this was an unforeseen expense that was not appreciated. Again, the staff was pleasant— the hotel itself was not.
