Could not access parking lot in order to check in- even though staff was loitering outside the hotel. Had to park down the street in order to check in because the hotel phones did not work-could not talk with the lobby. There was no parking spots available and was told to park anywhere- this was not safe. Staff were not helpful.

My experience at this property was terrible. First of all its is very close to the highway. I mean very close. I could not sleep well because of the noise. Second, this hotel is undergoing renovations. There was construction debris and dumpster in the parking lot. It made it very inconvenient to get around. Finally, Even though this hotels advertises itself as downtown it is misleading. The hotel is on the opposite side of the river. They do not offer a shuttle to the other side. There is no easy path to get to the other side unless you want to risk walking in traffic. In addition to that the hotel is right next to the new stadium that is being constructed. Overall, this was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed overnight. I checked out early and did not stay the second night.

All I needed

Clean room, comfortable bed, and great shower was all I needed. Construction and an AC/DC next door the night I was there so parking was tight but they managed it well.

Very convenient! Its close to broadway where all the restaurants and live music are etc. Of course, very close to Nissan Stadium. Clean rooms and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The room was very good but i cant believe they raised the price of the room up am extra 200 dollars after concert got delayed by one day that is just wrong because most people had to stay or lose tickets so we all to pay 200 extra for same room we had already wrong wrong

The hotel its self is very dated. The online photos do a great job of upselling the property. They’re building the new stadium right across the street and access in and out of parking can be an issue. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The shower had probably the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced. It’s very basic but we needed it for proximity to the stadium only.

Nice while it lasted.

The workers were friendly. We stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable. We were there for a concert that was postponed for a night, due to inclement weather. There was a mad rush, at the front desk, for people extending their stay. Most of what I was hearing was they had upped the prices considerably. We decided to stay somewhere else.

The staff was very nice. Helped with all questions I had asked. But they was also having some construction going on above my room. They did offer to change rooms, But I declined since no more work was being done over the weekend. All in all it was a nice place to stay. Also there was a convent store closed by.
