Stayed as a couple for a few days and really enjoyed the location. Very close to Broadway, and Lime and other scooters are close by for rent. Lots of available parking, and pretty quiet area. The gym on property is very sparse though, if that matters to you. Had great communication with the host when checking in, and the bed is really comfy.

This place is within walking distance (15-20 minutes ) of Nissan stadium and 20 minutes to broadway street and all the downtown fun activities . Perfect location , room is small but has all you need , my 1 complaint is the fitness room is under construction but that’s no fault of the host . Definitely will book again next time i come back

Over arching was a great stay, and the host company was very helpful. The apartment is a bit older, but worked just fine for the weekend. Great for solo/couple stay. 20 minute walk to Broadway area and the area its in is decent as well!

Parked right in front of the door. Pool area was nice and some pool towels would be a welcomed addition. One Mile from Broadway and walkable though we did Uber back and forth for 7-10Would stay again. Loved watching the traffic on the river too.

The area was quiet. The condo was excellent. We were in town for a Football game at the Nissan Stadium and it was walking distance. Just a little over a mile. Felt safe the entire stay. The bed was so comfortable and the host was great. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Inside the condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The first floor unit was nice to not have to lug suitcases as we are elderly but the view of the river was partially blocked by the trees. The outside was not very appealing but the high covering was great as we travel in a hightop conversion van which can present some problems with parking. Only complaint we had (which I didn't relay to management) was the access code was hard to use as it didn't work without frustration. Just entering the numbers didn't unlock the door and should provide more detailed instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing time in Nashville for the first time. The location of this property is PERFECT! It's so close to downtown you can walk and it's right on the river so you can walk the river as well. We rode scooters around (they are parked all around the city) from our condo, and it was only a 7 Lyft ride into downtown when we didn't feel like walking.We had coffee each morning on our balcony overlooking the river and slept like babies in the very comfortable bed (GREAT MATTRESS) with quality bedding! We walked to the store on Church Street to grab a few essentials during our 3 night stay as soon as we arrived.I would come back and recommend this condo to anyone! Loved the pool at the end of the complex (also overlooking the river)! The unit was VERY quiet, and I was a bit worried because I am a light sleeper and never stay up very late.Cheers to such a great trip!
