This is a lovely building with nice parking in a nice neighborhood. Host is very responsive.All amenities are great. However I have to point out. This is a narrow building. Therefore kitchen/living rm 1st Fl. Climb a flt of stairs to 1st bedroom no door, go past bed to climb to 2nd bedroom go past that bed to roof top. Bathrooms on 2nd and 3rd with doors. This is fine for 30plus. Not so great for 70plus.. just want to forward of stairs and lack of privacy on 2nd floor. But it is very nice.

We loved this place. Super clean, close to downtown (10-15 min drive) but far enough away from the craziness of Broadway. Loved the rooftop deck. Loved the Korean food/ bar across the street. Area felt safe & we had no problem finding street parking right in front (we had 2 cars and there is only one dedicated off-street parking spot). There is so much to do & see in East Nashville, I'll never stay downtown again! Be aware, to get to the top bedroom & upstairs deck you need to walk through the bedrooms, which are stacked on top of each other on floors 2 & 3 without doors. So put your early risers in the bottom bedroom! You need to be comfortable with stairs, this place might be difficult for older folks or anyone with bad knees. But we will absolutely stay here again!

We felt safe, things were all in great shape, everything worked, the beds oh so comfy. We had everything we needed. The host was so attentive and always responding to questions. We were very close to downtown never having to go on freeway. I would recommend absolutely stay there, you will not regret it.

Nice quiet spot for a great Nashville stay

Everything was as described and worked out wonderfully. The location is close enough for all Nashville offers while tucked away in a quiet spot with proximity to the unique vibes in and near Porter Heights. We did not get to enjoy the relaxing rooftop enough!

Very nice setup for a quick stay! Very close to anything you could need- lots of shops and restaurants to choose from! The view from the deck is beautiful. Host was easy to access and very helpful.

Great neighborhood!

There are many good things to say about this rental, but the relaxed, friendly neighborhood was our favorite. A nice park is nearby, perfect for dog walks. Across the street is a Korean restaurant. Other delicious spots are nearby. We highly recommend Cafe Roze. Dynamite food and service. The rental has a unique floor plan - small and tall. It doesn’t feel cramped though. Great decor and well appointed. We found everything we needed. The beds are very comfy. Big closets with plenty of space to unpack your luggage. One of them has a share basket supplied with useful items. Superd bathrooms, one with a tub. Get a meditative breath of fresh air on the rooftop deck. It’s relaxing up there. The excitement and thrill of downtown is just a short drive away. Communication with Josh was top notch. Thank you for the fun experience!
