With 12 units and space for up to 48 guests, The Nomad is the ideal solution for large corporate groups, weddings, gatherings, and special events. This buyout reserves The Nomad in its entirety, giving you and your group all of the space and the flexibility needed to customize your Nashville experience.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with spaces in both the front and back of the complex. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a long-term visit, The Nomad offers a stylish, well-located, and comfortable experience in one of Nashville's most vibrant neighborhoods.

While the layout or design of your unit may vary slightly from the photos, rest assured it will have the same style and include all the amenities shown for a consistent and comfortable stay.

There are 4 studios. Our studio units are housed in two smaller buildings flanking the central building, offering an efficient yet comfortable layout. With a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a choice between a queen-size bed and a sleep sofa, these studios are ideal for shorter stays or travelers seeking a cozy, well-appointed space. Each studio also includes the convenience of in-unit laundry.

Located in the central building, the 8 spacious one-bedroom units are perfect for those seeking a bit more room to unwind. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, crisp and modern décor, and a comfortable living room with a sleep sofa. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a sleek shower. In-unit laundry facilities and thoughtful amenities make these one-bedroom spaces feel like a home away from home.

Home Truths:
- Each unit allows 1 pet for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Each studio unit has a queen bed and sleeper sofa, and sleeps a total of 4 guests.
- Each 1BDR unit has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and sleeps a total of 4 guests.
- While there is no iron or ironing board available, we have provided steamers in each unit for your convenience.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are a few spaces available in the front and a few more in the back of the building.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
