Loved our stay! Perfect spot for a Nashville getaway. The location was amazing, just a short, walkable distance to Broadway but still quiet enough to relax. The space was ideal for a couple, with a cozy bed, great little kitchen, and excellent A/C (huge plus in the summer!). We arrived a bit early and were lucky to run into a friendly hotel manager who let us in a little before 4, such a nice surprise! Everything about the stay was easy and convenient, especially using the Sonder app to access the building and our room. Just a great experience overall. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Property was nice clean and in a good location. Was kind of surprised and disappointed that they hadn't updated some of the simple things like USB plugs or even a switch for any of the lights in the bedroom area which had to be turned off individually. Biggest disappointment by far was the parking. Closest place we could find was $50 a day!

The good: Very clean and close to Broadway. A vehicle was not needed. The Bad: The bathroom door doesn't close and it's a simple fix to repair the top hinge. If I had a screwdriver I could have done so. The washer/dryer doesn't dry. It's a combo unit and don't plan on using it. We arrived and turned on the tv. In order to use it, you have to give them a departure date. Ours was wrong so we had to agree to a day earlier than our scheduled departure date. You are given a code to use on the entrance door. The notice said all credentials will be erased on departure. We didn't want to take a chance and leave our room and return to find the door locked and all our belongings were still in our room so we left a day early and went to another hotel for the last night. The TV is possessed. While watching TV the first night, during the show the TV changed channels to UTube. I tried to go back to my show but couldn't. The screen showed "daphie's iphone" in the corner. I video'd the screen with me holding the remote trying to change the channel. I contacted Sonder with the number given to me and they said they would look into this but did nothing. I would not recommend this place unless they got a new host. You pay extra for a host fee for nothing.
TV is not controlled by remote.

Do not risk your stay. Sonder cancelled our reservation 8 mins after check in time on the day of check in. we had booked and paid in full more than 2 months earlier. Although they tried to rebook us into another venue, they had no availability elsewhere and could only offer us a 'sorry' and a refund. We were left in a very stressful situation trying to rebook a new hotel last minute and ended up having to pay 4 times our initial budget to stay within the same area (all other options were 10+ miles away). Terrible experience and very disappointing with such short notice.

We had a great 5 night stay at the Sonder Dovetail. We took the Queen size suite and it was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. If I had to be picky, the only thing missing was a bedside unit on my side of the bed to put water, book etc on rather than the floor. Otherwise we liked the close proximity to Broadway, the open top bus tour, the river, the bus stop to the airport & there’s an excellent breakfast/dinner/pub with live music some nights at Pucketts a 5 minute walk away. There is nowhere to store bags for a late check out as there is no reception, but we paid a little extra to keep our room on a few hours. Highly recommend the Sonder Dovetail, thank you!

Inconvenient Parking and Drop-off

The room was nice, but the parking and entry is inconvenient. My husband had to wait with the truck while I took the bags up because it said you would be towed. Same on the way out.

A great place to stay in Nashville

A great location and wonderful ‘loft style’ accommodation. A beautifully equipped kitchen and a super comfy bed. Sadly noisy plant or air conditioners made the room a little noisy to sleep in. Sonder provided a white noise machine and earplugs, neither of which were needed. But this didn’t detract from a great overall experience.

This is definitely a new experience. No concierge desk which I’ve never tried. But the value of the room was amazing. I loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The room was very modern and clean. I will say I wish there was more food closer for those quick trips to eat, but the main area of downtown Nashville was a relatively short walk.

What a great spot. Right in the middle of everything Nashville and literally a 2 minute walk from the new Pinnacle concert venue. Theres even a small market within a 5 min walk for groceries. The apartment was clean and eqipped with everything we needed. We definitely look forward to staying here again.
