Excellent staff, easy check in. The room was clean. Only a few overhead lights didn't work. Parking was expensive but we were able to find free street parking fairly easily.

We upgraded to a city view and got one tiny window that looks into a tiny part of the city. Everything else was people‘s balconies. It was super noisy. Whoever was above us stomped around all night and all morning, the room we had you could hear all of the trash trucks at 2am. I wish they had black out shades on all the windows and more sound proofing

The staff was amazing and the security in place was great. The room was very dirty and smelled bad. There was a lot of dirt. The bedding was musty which was able to be washed and dried in the room. After a long day of traveling though, having to spend a couple hours doing that was not ideal. Overall 3/5

Everything was ok, apt was great, kitchen stocked, most staff friendly. But the building interior is dreary. And only one front desk person was willing to give us some guidance in getting where we wanted to go. When we asked others, they simply said no.

The room was sparsely decorated, a very uninviting cool feeling. Very surprised that the bedrooms did not have televisions, have never experienced that before plus the only TV didn't provide any channels. There was a beep every 30 seconds in the room when we arrived very annoying.Had to go down to the desk to find out what it was, had to reset dishwasher. Bathrooms only had One set of towels, strange.

Staff were courteous. Room was mediocre-dust on bith ceiling fans, under the bed etc. The bed sagged in the middle, when we moved the mattress to investigate we discovered the supports had fallen off. Plumbing noise from rooms above was loud often waking us during the night. Location was good
