Downtown Music City Loft living! ~Steps to the Ryman and Broadway

We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more!

With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy.

We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.

Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PS they also offer a grocery shopping service for stocking the refrigerator prior to your arrival!

PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Daily parking is available near the loft starting around $30 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events taking place in the downtown area. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

LINENS & SUCH
The ​property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and ​S​avi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. PLUS walking distance to plenty of great restaurants.

PAYMENTS:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Welcome to our tribute to the city of songwriters! The Writers' Round Loft is our nod to the many songwriters who come to this city and shape its culture.

Writers' Rounds occur throughout Music City nearly every night of the week. For the music fan who craves hearing the stories that inspired the songs, grab a Nashville Scene magazine and check out the current rounds. We are so proud of our culture in Music City and it simply wouldn't exist without the songwriters!

Our beautiful Writers' Round Loft features:
* 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed; 1 queen bed

* 1 luxury sleeper sofa in the living room (queen size, sleeps 2)
* 2 full bathrooms withs showers (there is a tub but we do not have a stopper on the drain for being able to take a bath)

This spacious loft features a king-sized bed in the master, a twin vanity and privacy doors between the shower and sink areas so a a few people can get ready at once. (Double entry to the bath allows access from the common area.)

The second bedroom features a natural skylight, queen bed and private bathroom with a shower. For any extra guests, the living room is furnished with a queen-sized, luxury sleeper sofa that sleeps two. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full-sized kitchen and washer/dryer.

Feel pampered with beautiful touches like exposed brick, hard wood floors, steel beams, high ceilings, a skylight and exposed duct work for an authentic, Nashville vibe.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES –
a. Dish washer loaded AND started with detergent provided prior to check out.
b. Save energy! Turn off all lights.
c. Double check you haven't left any personal items behind! Check on the bed, under the bed, in the bathroom(s) and in the closet(s).
d. Any trash, opened/used food or drinks upon check out to be put into trash bags and taken to the trash room in the basement. Please be courteous to everyone in the building and dispose of your trash in the basement dumpster.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
