Didn’t get daily room service with enough towels and room layout had desk in front of bathroom door. But, hotel was in good condition and staff was helpful at desk and loading car. Breakfast was very good.

Valet crashed my car

Would have been fine besides having valet crash my car and not say anything and the hotel refusing to assist at all. Will never be staying with a choice hotel again very disappointed with the service and lack of help/service or assistance in resolving my issue. $3000 dollars in damages.

Not that impressed.

For the pictures before booking we were disappointed in the room. Staff were friendly and location was good but I would consider this an old style motel where the connecting walkway between rooms is open to the outside and it has been slightly updated to the hotel it is. Rooms were small and a hassle to move around and you basically needed to be a European strongman to close the bathroom sliding door. I think all the staff were friendly but I don’t think we would stay here again.

Location was good, clean, breakfast was good, secure and employees were friendly. Thought the halls were rundown and did not like the barn door in bathroom. No lock and not very private.

The rooms were small. All the rooms you access from the outside. The area was safe and easy to walk to Broadway. The breakfasts had decent help yourself with options. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Our power outlets were off in half the room by the bed. As soon as we plugged a CPAP in, it went out. Had to move stuff around to get power in other outlets. Also, power tripped in bathroom multiple times trying to use hair dryer. Door for bathroom was also heavy and didn't really slide shut all the way.
