Some pros and cons
We chose to stay here as it was in Music Row and a quieter neighborhood, and we needed a place with at least 3 bedrooms and this had 4 with a bathroom attached to each which was a plus. Easy check in and check out process. On arrival, there were a few mishaps. There was a bowl under my sink catching a pretty significant leak. The fourth floor roller shade was broken. The third floor front bedroom appeared to have a leak at some point. The floor was soft and paint peeled around window bottom. Our friend does floors for a living so knew what the issue was. Walls were scuffed and for some reason 2 different paint colors on the walls (both versions of flat white paint). Management was notified that evening about the leak and broken roller shade and leak was fixed the next day. We arenât sure about the shade as we never ventured out to the patio as it was too many stairs. Owners should paint with a nice semi gloss a modern gray color.The unit was clean, however, and the kitchen was great. The multitude of bathrooms was great. Showers were hot. Beds were comfortable. It was about a 35 uber ride to downtown each trip which ended up pricey. Itâs about a-40 minute walk otherwise. There are some bars in walking distance within 10 minutes and restaurants so that was nice. If I were to return to Nashville for Broadway fun, I would book something closer to the nightlife and pay the extra to save on Ubers. If you need a place near Vanderbilt, this was a good option.
