The backyard and pool area are shared with the property owner, who resides next door. While the home is rented out, they won't be using these spaces, except occasionally to water plants. Although you probably won't encounter them, we want to inform you just in case.

For your safety and privacy, we have installed a 24/7 motion-activated Ring cam that records audio and video, focusing solely on the front door! Additionally, there's a surveillance camera in the backyard, recording only entrances, to ensure your security while maintaining your indoor privacy.

The stay was good. The house was nice and the location was good for our needs. The rooftop was cool and provided for a nice vibe for a nightcap. There was some confusion with the bedroom layout that really wasn't great for our needs and the condition of the house was a little rough. Lots of scuffs, dents and holes around the house. The main floor bathroom had major plumbing issues in terms of flushing flow. That was tough to deal with. The kitchen was nice and equipped with what our needs were. The furniture inside of the property was on the cheaper side. And one of the chairs had a cracked leg and one of the members of our group who is a 70 year old grandfather sat in the chair and the chair gave way and he fell to the floor. That was scary and disappointing. The instructions on how to use the fireplace on the deck wasn't very clear. So we weren't able to utilize it. The place overall was nice, but absolutely not worth the money we spent to stay there for three days.

We had an awesome stay at this property. The location and neighborhood were great! We did uber to broadway each day. The house was as described and was super clean and had enough space for our group to relax and be comfortable . The rooftop was beautiful and communication with the property management team was easy and they were very responsive- would definitely stay here again!

Great Nashville Getaway!

Visiting Nashville was a blast, and the townhouse was the icing on the cake! The shared spaces were perfect for our group - we could watch football, enjoy the skyline, and be together in the open layout. At the same time, the townhouse offered so much private space for everyone. The bedrooms were very comfortable and tucked away. The kitchen was well stocked, the gym/ping pong area was enjoyed by all, and the rooftop provided beautiful views of downtown and the NYE fireworks! And last, but certainly not least, the management company responded quickly to any request we had. They provided recommendations on all things Nashville and were helpful at booking, check-in, check-out, and even after we left. I highly recommend the townhouse and the management company!

Great stay in the Gulch!

Quiet location/neighborhood, but could walk to Broadway or take a short uber so easy. Bedrooms are all nice with good beds. Fun rooftop area and nice backyard patio with hot tub which was nice. Everything was clean and nice and worked well. We had 5 friends and the space was great. The property team promptly responded via email and text and were very helpful. One caution - there are lots of stairs so if you struggle with that, this would not be ideal unless the elevator is working (was not working when we were there). Would stay here again!
