I got a raw hamburger at the restaurant and when I check out the charged me 58.00 for parking in the garage. I didn’t have a car. I don’t expect those things not to be resolved before I leave to go home. Won’t stay there again

This is not only the best hotel in Nashville it is one of the very finest in anywhere. The hotel is beautiful but is is actually the staff that make it standout. The bellman and valet were particularly great. The front desk was awesome. Overall just a terrific stay. Even the general manager stopped by during cocktails to check in on our visit. Very first class experience.

Great hotel and location

We decided to stay here based on our friends recommendation and we wasn’t disappointed. Great service, excellent room and the location is great. Close enough to the bars, restaurants and clubs but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the night life. We would definitely go back to Nashville and we would stay here again.
