Pots and bowls pans were dirty. The shower head water pressure was extremely hard I could enjoy the water flush. The bathroom sink was missing an aerator on the faucet so water was spraying out everywhere. Due to the handicap pathway being such an awkward distance from the sidewalk I had to walk ways from the parking lot to the front hotel entrance. I’ll probably stay at another hotel within I visit Nashville

The place smelled and was seriously dated, felt like I was in a homeless shelter. The only positive was the front desk lady, who was polite and kind and apparently did everything, she manned the front desk and drove the shuttle. She needs a raise and more help.

Do not stay. Staff very nice but paid crazy amt to stay in a room full of stink bugs and dirty conditions. Woke up to at least 5 cars with busted out widows in the parking lot! Carpeting in halls needed filthy, baseboards all beat up, and painting needed. Room furniture hard and uncomfortable! Dated. Wouldn’t sit on without a sheet. Stink bugs all in rooms. Stay somewhere else. Truly feel like we were bamboozled. Never again.

The place was nice and very appropriate for a family trip like ours. Staffs were very approachable and accommodating. We booked a 2-bedroom suite for a family of 5 and it was the ideal room for us. We did have a problem with one of the AC’s in the unit that was not functioning. We did check in late in the evening and I understand why it was not fixed right away. Overall, our stay was good.

staff was nice and friendly; the breakfasts was good always had a variety to choose from overall everything was awesome family and i enjoyed our stay only thing i regret it was too short.lol also how can i forget those complimentary cookies made by Ms. Peggy those were delicious wish i could've taking some with me back to the Bahamas...

We have had a great stay here! There was a mix up with my reservation and the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating as well as the hotels.com representative that assisted me. It's quiet, the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. I didn't really eat the breakfast but my husband had oatmeal. It was the basic breakfast choices but a decent variety.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean not to mention the hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again. I think the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. My husband also agrees.
