The Wells is located 4 miles from the Broadway strip and walking Distance to 8th Ave making this property's location convenient for the Nashville experience. 2 Full bathrooms, one en-suite in Primary Bedroom. 2 QUEEN BEDS. 1 QUEEN Sleeper sofa in Living Room or Blow up queen mattress. 2 parking spaces are provided. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy, relax, drink coffee.

The Space:
-The property is located less than 4 miles from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 7 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do not provide pantry items or coffee.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes two free parking spaces.

- Pets are permitted. A pet fee of $30 per pet will be requested for stays including said pet.

The Neighborhood:
Berry Hill is a city within a city. Surrounded on all sides by Metro Nashville, Berry Hill is a quiet 2 square miles filled with restaurants and over 40 recording studios. Many of the recording studios have fantastic murals. It's worth a walk around the block!

Nestled Nashville Gem

This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath place in Berry Hill was perfect in terms of amenities and location.It was easy to get downtown, walking distance from a coffee shop, and small brewpub and was very spacious.It does back up to 65 although the road noise is pretty low.I will definitely go back because it provided everything we needed! It was very well kept in terms of cleanliness and well equipped!

Unfortunate Stay

My sister and I were going to visit my daughter who just started grad school at Vanderbilt. The day before leaving my sister was diagnosed with cancer- yep cancer. I reached out to the property manager/owner to ask about cancelling/postponing, but was told they would not accommodate this, which might be their policy, but is not at all a person that I would do business with at all. The airlines would give a credit but not the owner. After a lot of thought, I ended up flying out alone to see my daughter since I would lose the money from the VRBO and my sister insisted that I not disappoint my daughter. The rental is RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREEWAY and not in "quiet Berry Hill." Between the freeway noise and train, which also goes by several times a night, I did not sleep well at all. The shower in Bathroom 1 did not drain so I we had to stop the shower to prevent it from overflowing. The shower door did not close all the way either. The sink drain in Bathroom 2 did not drain either, causing water to backup in the sink. There was a toothbrush holder that was dirty the towels felt worn. And this is not a walking friendly location- you will need to Uber everywhere. This for sure was a disappointing experience in many ways.

Nashville Vacation

Great condo that is exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the owner was first rate, never a worry at all. Location of property was close to downtown (about a 10 minute drive/Uber), and also nearby other attractions as well. Property was very clean and exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Owner listed a few restaurants in the area to try as well, and they were terrific - thanks for the help!!

We just needed a one night stay and this place was the perfect distance for a quick Uber/Lyft downtown! Quiet and simple! Checking out and in was even simpler! I would absolutely come back to stay for even longer periods of time.

Pros & Cons

Pros: So clean! Updated! Roomy, nice size bedrooms. Exactly as the photos look. Cute decor, beautiful kitchen and appliances. The beds were very comfortable and it was closer to the attractions than some of the other places we considered. Easy check-in and the manager was very responsive via email before we arrived. Cons: Right smack next to a highway; audible traffic noise in the bedrooms each and every night. Located in a business/industrial area. No place to walk to get necessities, food, snacks, etc. For this reason I thought the owner might at least have bottled water on hand. I've rented from several places where the renter has been kind enough to leave wine, soda, water, snacks, etc. It was an inconvenience since we didn't have a car; we were planning on Ubering around town. One other issue that was surprising... given the care and detail to the rest of the decor, the towels and sheets really need an update. The towels were very cheap/thin and the sheets were worn. All in all, the traffic noise and the location were the biggest problems for us.
