Condo in the middle of everything is an historic building located in the heart of downtown Nassau. It's location is less than a minute away from Junkanoo Beach and less than a ten minute walk from Awarak Cay and The Pointe Hotel. There are restaurants, a liquor store and a food store all in walking distance from the location. Everything you need is right around the corner!
Please note that there is only one parking space and no guest parking so thus condo is not recommended for parties or large gatherings.

Great location, close to everything!
Just a few minutes to Junkanoo beach and lots of food and drinks. Close to tourist attractions. Locals are very friendly!

Great location! Wish there was a grocery closer though. Good communication from the owner. The property is definitely run down but it worked for the price and location.

The place is the perfect location. It’s literally in the middle of everything. One minute walk to one of the best beaches in Nassau(Jan Kano beach). 7 minute walk to the straw market, shops, cruise ships. The apartment is comfortable, we used it to sleep only, but it has a full kitchen. The host is great. Our flight was delayed and we were going to arrive late at night, and she offered to do our grocery shopping, which I thought was really nice of her. Each room has a tv and Netflix. The wifi was also a good ad-on. Overall, great!! Would definitely come back. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and available. The beach is literally 1min walk.

The communication with the property manager was great. Had all the info on hands before arrival and all was made easy. Needs only to put hair dryer and fix the door at the small balcony which cannot be opened for now. Otherwise I am happy with the place.

Great location , Old building and amenities
Irina the host is great, easy to communicate with, very helpful. But the disappointment was the place. The building is very old. Looks dirty. There was rat poison pieces all over the building main floor. (We had to beware with our kids) The pool was dirty, my kids didn’t even want to go in. (5-7y) We took that condo to have the pool has an option. The condo in on the Main floor, we did not expect that. The balcony is in the yard with high concrete walls with spikes at top and a lot of garbage of construction laying around everywhere. So we did not use the balcony. The bathroom needs a facelift , the bath looked dirty and lots of rust on the poles. (The sea salt would be doing that ) But the rest of the apartment was clean. The location is the highlight of this stay, right across the street, the beach is there , with the popular tiki bikini hut right there. We were able to walk everywhere with our kids. The center is a few minutes away and the fish fry we went many times , 10 min walk. Bahamian people are really nice. Nassau is a great place, we loved it !

Family apartment well located in Nassau
Apartment was very well located and within 10 minutes walking distance to many attractions in Nassau, including Queens Staircase, cruise port shops and restaurants, Fish Fry and Junkanoo Beach. Beach is across the street and convenient place to stay. Apartment setting provides good base to explore and ample space for 4 people. Unit was clean, modest and offers basic provisions for cooking, rest and sleep. Really great wifi, Netflix etc to unwind in the evening. Security onsite and laundry is available in the building. Just need to ensure you have quarters and bring detergent, if intending to do laundry. The host, Indira was super friendly and very easy to reach for any questions. Did not use the pool as beautiful clean beach is across the street. Shout out to Tiki Hut, the best value you can find for great food and drinks in Nassau!!

Great stay, enjoyed the location of condo
Location of condo turn out to be walking distance to a lot of the spots we wanted to visit. Although there was construction and some traffic noise, we got use to it. You want to spend the least amount of time in rental anyways and enjoy the nice beaches of Nassau. Will consider again if we decide on a return visit.

The property was in an excellent location in the middle of everything. I loved that I could walk to Fish Fry, Junkanoo Beach and Bay Street. The place was clean and TV's and appliances worked well. Condo was comfortable and feels like home flair. Great place2 for a short stay getaway!Enjoyed!!!

The property was close to most of the popular sites. It’s quiet and clean, the building is a bit older and going through a renovation. The host was very pleasant and responded quickly to the emails and very accommodating.
