Araçá hotel

Estava tendo obras de melhoria na pintura da fachada do apartamento que o hotel destinou a nós e o barulho gerou muitos incômodos. Além disso, o andar em que estávamos (3o andar) parte interna não permitia ver o mar.

Estacionamento com pouco espaço. Disponibilizaram um quase em frente ao hotel, mas que ficou ruim por conta do transporte com as bagagens. Wi-Fi péssimo. Bom café da manhã e ótima vista. Excelente localização.

O quarto era bem grande e confortável, os pontos negativos são a localização, que apesar de ser em ponta negra, fica em um pedaço que não tem movimento e não me passou segurança, o outro é a limpeza do quarto, tinha mofo no banheiro e os aparelhos de ar condicionado estavam muito sujos.

Voltaria a me hospedar.

Trata-se de um flat muito bem localizado e de tamanho médio. Fica localizado em frente a praia de Ponta Negra e tem uma vista muito bonita. O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom. Não gostei da refeição servida no restaurante, sendo esse o unico item insatisfatório. O café da manhã é bom. A piscina é pequena e fica no terraço do hotel.

Muito bom!

Ficamos duas diárias. O hotel(flat) é pequeno, de frente para praia, o atendimento foi excelente, da recepção. O hotel possui estacionamento pequeno. Almoçamos quando chegamos e não gostei da comida do restaurante, o café da manhã é bom. A piscina fica na cobertura e é bem pquena. O apartamento tem ante sala com sofa cama e quarto com cama da casal maravilhosa. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar nele.

Perfeito o hotel

Nuestra estadía fue cómoda y agradable. Excelente atención del personal siempre dispuesto a las necesidades y/o peticiones de los pasajeros. No tiene servicios de playa, pero se podía alquilar sombrillas y reposeras por 20 reales diarios.

Hotel bom mas está precisando de uma reforma.

Estivemos hospedados neste hotel por três dias, a hestadia foi boa, o quarto deixa a desejar pois está precisando de uma reforma o hotel todo está precisando, as instalações são bem antigas e os quartos cheiram um pouco se mofo.

Hotel bem localizado, mas precisa de reforma

O hotel está muito bem localizado com relação a praia de Ponta Negra. Fica praticamente na areia. Os quartos são amplos, o atendimento é funcional, a limpeza é boa e o café da manhã é farto. Contudo, os quartos precisam de reforma geral e a aparência dos móveis evidenciam essa necessidade. Por exemplo: a cama com colchão de mola (do quarto que fiquei hospedado) era barulhenta, algumas gavetas da pia não abriam, o frigobar tinha pontos de ferrugem bastante visíveis e a máquina externa do arcondicionado também estava praticamente desfazendo em ferrugem, mesa bamba, etc. Colegas que ficaram em outro quarto relataram que o arcondicionado estava alagando o quarto e que a ducha pingava sem parar. Os ambientes externos são limpos e confortáveis.

O custo-benefício do Hotel é muito bom. Não achei muito caro, o quarto era confortável e tinha uma linda vista para o mar. Além disso, o café da manhã era bom e o atendimento também.

O estacionamento não é garantido. As instalações em geral do hotel são muito velhas. O elevador cabem 3 pessoas... Os armários muito velhos..
