This extraordinary home showcases its historical roots as an original "Mayfield" kit house available from the Sears and Roebuck catalogue. From the 1930s, it retains original doors, crystal door knobs, and beautiful wood floors. Period and original tile work add a touch of authenticity to the overall experience.

Please note that while the large majority of areas are accessible, there are a couple of spaces that are off-limits for guests. The storage shed is not available for guest use, but rest assured, you'll have more than enough storage space within the house. Additionally, there is a locked storage closet and a designated cabinet in the kitchen reserved for the hosts' use.

Parking is a breeze with enough space to accommodate up to four cars. The gravel parking space on the left of the home is reserved for the neighboring house but the driveway on the right and the circle drive in front are for your exclusive use.

If any questions or problems arise during your stay we are always available via the app or phone call. We live in Natchitoches and any issues can and will be dealt with quickly and effectively.

Location! Location! Location! We are positioned perfectly in the historic downtown district of Natchitoches. Front St and Cane River are at your fingertips.

Walking is a breeze if you choose to take advantage of the shady sidewalks. Ample parking is also provided.

There is one, actively recording doorbell camera on the front door facing outwards which records video and audio. This device is the only such device on the property and is on the exterior of the house.
