Not what we expected

When we got to our room, I found a pill (under the bedside table) unsure what it was. The bed was “rock hard” not just firm. There is no coffee pot in the room, so we had to wait until 0830 am, when breakfast was served to get a cup of coffee!! I don’t know about anyone else, but my husband and I get up very early every morning. We are usually on our second cup of coffee by 0830 and the breakfast dishes are washed and put away shortly after breakfast. We love Natchitoches, but we will definitely stay somewhere else. Somewhere with comfortable beds and a coffee pot would be nice.

The owner gave us a history review of the property our last morning and it was very interesting! Beautiful historical home! The breakfast each morning was very good. We had a wonderful and relaxing visit. Would definitely visit again.

My husband and I were on a get away stay. Enjoyed the town and the people. Tiffany, the Innkeeper was outstanding! She made sure that we had all we needed, and cooks a wonderful breakfast. 5 stars to Tiffany!

Hotel is ok, extremely bad experience of this city

It's a 100+ year-old small hotel. Pretty good for a quick stop on our way from DFW to NOLA. We have no problem with the hotel. However, when we tried to take a 4 min walk to the nearest restaurant, some punks in a pick up truck drove by yelled at us and threw a bottle cap which hit my wife. It is saddening to witness young people in this part of the country feel they can treat people like that.

Lovely BB in historic Natchitoches, LA. The house is gorgeous and conveniently located near shopping and dining. Off-street parking is a huge plus. My room—the Azaela—was large, beautiful, and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!
