NO DRAPERY OR BLINDS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, which is fully glazed on the exterior wall that faces the ocean. This is not disclosed on the online description, which we were completely caught off guard when it was discovered when we arrived. The owner does offer sleep mask, but as a 40 year old, I've never used a sleep mask in my life and don't plan to start while on vacation. My wife and I get up a 5a every morning and vacation is the only time we truly get to sleep in. This missing feature made it extremely difficult. It also poses a privacy issue. Clear glass windows, with lights on at night leave you and your family completely exposed to anyone on the beach. Such an easy thing to add to your windows for people to make their own choice to open or close them. It doesn't sound like the owner has any interest in adding them, which is their decision to make, I just ask that they make this clear on their advertisements so that others aren't caught off guard like my wife and I. The condo itself is gorgeous and very clean. We did have AC cooling issues when we arrived, but the management staff was very prompt to get someone there to make the needed repair. Outside of the kitchen and bathrooms, the space is only lit with lamps and accent lighting. This leaves the space very low lit during the night time hours. If cards and board games are your thing on rainy days and nights, this may not be the space for your. Besides the two main complaints described above, it is very nice.
