**Beautiful Beach Getaway** 2 Bedroom /2.5 Bathroom Gulf Side Townhouse

Come enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre.

Our two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has all the comforts of home at the beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. You can also grill your meal on the grill located out back in your private patio area. We are a gulf front complex and a very short walk over our walkway to our complexes private beach area. Right out front is the newly built (2018) pool for you to enjoy. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some rafts and toys for your family to use during your stay. All linens are provided for you.

Downstairs is an open floor plan dining and living room with kitchen and half bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, and WIFI throughout the unit. Each bedroom and living room has their own television (living room has a smart tv). Two convenient private parking spots just steps from your front door.

Our complex is a very short walk to the pier, restaurants, and entertainment. If you enjoy fishing or just taking in the sights, you will enjoy Navarre's pier (longest fishing pier on the gulf).

Host was very responsive and kind. We had gotten down earlier than expected so we were going to hang out at the beach until check in. Unfortunately not long after we were got set up on the beach it started raining on us. She allowed us to go ahead and check in early.

Amazing doesn't even explain it

Grab a snack and get ready for all the details. The pictures of this place do not do it justice. This vacation home is PERFECT! It has ALL the things. First off, it's super cute and the walk to the beach is minimal. They have all the amenities you need including shampoo, conditioner, soap, great shower pressure, ceiling fans but ALSO a stand alone fan in case you need a little extra, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach and pool toys, trash bags, paper towels, KCUP COFFEE, fully stocked utensils/necessities in the kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, hair dryer, a back porch with a table and chairs, grill, a nice breeze, A SHELLING CHART, a broom in case ya need that--I promise you will need it, smart TV's, cable hooked up, wifi, board games, and the neighborhood is quiet. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool is great also, it has a showering off section and there is a water hose and faucet outside the pool to wash off sand from the beach. Great location, close to all the things! The beaches are so grogeous and you are far enough from the pier with this home that the beach itself is not crowded. The shelling is great!! Everyone we encountered was kind and we loved our trip!

Great Townhome For Our Beach Vacation!

Our family of 6 had a great week at Navarre Beach! The townhome was as described and reviewed by others. Check in was a breeze, it was clean, the kids loved the pool, and the family used the private walk out to the beach every day! We enjoyed meals on the back patio, grilled out, and used the kitchen several nights. Owner was responsive to all inquiries and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed a quiet, fun time in this safe and welcoming townhome. The pool is right out front-clean and well kept. The walk to the beach is just around the corner and the walk on is not long at all. We enjoyed the restaurants so close by and we did use door dash a bit. Great stay! Kelly is also a very kind host!

This property is in a great location, has a safe feel, and the beach is just around the corner and down a walkway. The kitchen is well equipped, the living area spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to questions.

We came for a short weekend. Place was right by the beach, beach was clean and uncrowded. 2 chairs at condo helped a bunch as well as sand toys. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Cannot wait to come again!
