Amazing 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Gulf Front Townhome Directly on the Gulf of Mexico

This beautiful end unit offers a stunning open floor plan with expansive water views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound from every room. With all-new flooring and fresh paint on the main floor, the space feels modern and inviting. A new ice maker has been installed, and a newly added bar area with a wine fridge is perfect for entertaining.
Additionally, a large cabinet has been added to enhance pantry storage. The living area boasts ten-foot ceilings, crown molding throughout, and large windows that showcase the breathtaking views.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar perfect for casual dining.

The large master suite offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and a double-sink vanity. The bathrooms are beautifully designed with Corian countertops and surrounds.

Upstairs, there are two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle. The guest room on the main floor has a queen-size bed and a private bath.

Relaxing week at a beautiful property!!!

We came to visit Hook, Wine and Sinker with our Kids and grandkids. We loved being right on the beach and the easy access. The town home is beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It had all the kitchen items needed for making family meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Restful Haven.

Loved the property and location. Beach access is so convenient. Only wish we would have known the elevator was not accessible luckily grandma didn’t end up coming. It was the most comfortable beds we have ever had in any vacation. Best rest and sleep in a while. The kitchen is very stocked.

Fantastic Beach Trip

This was one of the most spacious and comfortable rentals we have enjoyed. Easily accommodated our group of 9, ages 6-84. Enjoyed the elevator especially. We went in September and the weather was perfect! Would definitely book this townhouse again.
