Needs maintenence man

Leaky faucets, kitchen lights flickered constantly, shower head was terrible, kitchen cabineta were peeling. We love the Pearl and have stayed for years in different condos. This one just needs a little TLC to make it absolutley wonderful.

We loved everything about this place! Very spacious! Just steps from the beach! The view was amazing! My 3 year old grandson loved all of the mirrors! Before checking in, we were informed that the dryer wasn’t working but it was fixed in a timely manner! This was our first time to Navarre and we will definitely be back!

Our stay was incredible from the moment we arrived until departure. We’ve come to Navarre since 2019 & this was the first time staying at The Pearl of Navarre. We will definitely be back. This condo was spacious & the view! The balcony was the highlight! The property was clean, as well as the grounds. The beach attendant was phenomenal, the pool/hot tub was great. Do yourself a favor & book, now! The only time I had to reach out to the property manager was about the curtains being messed up, but still functional. We had 0 complaints & are looking forward to coming back in ‘26!

Pearl is a hidden gem

Don’t spread the word. If you want relaxation at the beach and the fewest people per sqft of beach. Navarre is where it’s at. This particular condo is so amazing the firs thing the wife and I did was look to see if we could afford to buy one. Nope! Oh well, we just hope to book this one again next year!

Summer vacation

We loved our stay and will definitely rent next summer if you replace the master bedroom king mattress. It was completely sunken in and not comfortable. Thanks so much for all the wonderful memories.

not quite the pearl

we have stayed at the pearl many times in different units but this one was not as good as the rest. the patio furniture was all busted up and parts of it even in a pile. took 3 days to get replaced due to it being eater weekend should have been found on inspection prior to our arrival unit did not include beach chair rentals like most do property needs better oversight as nobody had told them. lacking some things in the kitchen compared to other furnished units overall it was nice but could defintly be improved

Beautiful Beach

This is a beautiful condo, but I do believe it could have been cleaner. There were several things broke in this condo. What items they provided was very unorganized. Disappointed that the pool was closed for 2 days and we had to use public access to get to the beach. The walking was not easy on 2 of us. This was very inconvenient.

First time in Navarre Beach, it was a very clean and relaxing place. Not all the tourists like most other beaches. Condo was a clean and comfortable. With more than enough room for 5 people.

Floors were a little dirty. Sink handle in master bath was broken, toilet handle in room with bunk beds was broken. But overall everything was perfect. Enjoyed our stay

Nice condo, crowded beach

Over all the condo was quite nice. If I were to be picky, mattress pads would help in the bed comfort. I have a oceanfront condo at another beach and find for the cost, a pad between the sheet and mattress protector makes a big difference in comfort. My wife said a few more child friendly cups would be nice as well.The biggest issue is with beach crowd. The resort takes up 3/4 of the beach with there chairs. I was told I had to set up to the left of their chairs, an area of about 50 feet wide by 100 feet deep. Most people has canopies, so it was quite cramped.The weather didn't co-operate very well, (red flags all week) but the kids made the best of it playing in the shallow surf. We also saw the Blue Angles practice. My son in law really enjoyed that. On the way back we stoped at the Oar House in Pensacola for a meal. We all enjoyed that. I have been coming to the area on and off since I was a young boy in 1964, (The bridge between Ft Walton and Destin was wooden). I love the white sand and blue green water, but boy has it become crowded. The condo was quite nice though.
