Stay all day at the beach with a cooler full of ice from your own private filtered commercial ice maker with only a short walk away(the beach is approximately 500 feet viewable from the top balcony), or hang out in your private backyard to grill, sunbathe, swim or float in your private full-size pool, nap in one of the several hammocks, or watch the game while hanging out under the covered outdoor living room while grilling. Play your music around the pool through the built-in Bluetooth Stereo and enjoy sitting next to a private beach campfire setting while watching the kids self-entertain in the pool~ All without the interruptions of other vacationers in your space.

Inside the house, you have a fully stocked kitchen with every dish and utensil to prepare and cook a simple or gourmet meal or snack. ••There is a Keurig coffee machine and a 12 cup drip coffee maker•• The main dining room table can seat 6 and the sofa table folds out to a full-size dining room table that can seat 6. There are plenty of games and puzzles for all ages and a large smart TV in the Living Room with 2 full-size sofas, one of them as a sleeper sofa. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer with a sink on the main floor along with 2 bedrooms- The Kids room-2 bunk beds(4 XL Twin mattresses) and the other main floor bedroom-Queen Bed, and 1 full bathroom-tub, shower, toilet, and single sink and vanity. The top floor level has 1 full bathroom-soaker jacuzzi tub, standing shower, double sink vanity, and separate toilet room. There are 2 bedrooms- The Master bedroom-King Bed with Sound Side water views. The other bedroom has a Queen Bed with a balcony that overlooks the views of the Gulf and the Sound Side water views. All bedrooms have Smart TV’s.

EVERYTHING Listed is provided~ All Bed Linens, Pillows, Bath towels, Swimming Pool towels, Washcloths, and Hand towels. •Beach Towels• are not provided.

A starter set of Dishwasher Tablets, Dishsoap, Laundry Detergent, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, and Kitchen Trash Bags are provided to get you through your first couple of days and then you will need to bring/purchase extra if needed.

3 Beach Cruiser bicycles (one adult and two for young adults) are available in the garage. Helmets are not provided; use them at your own risk.

6- Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler with wheels, and a beach wagon, and a beach cart are available. There are plenty of beach toys provided by owners and donated by previous guests.


The closest walk to the beach is only a few minutes away as you need to walk around the houses to get there, head down White Sands Blvd (west) to the stop sign and turn left (South Carolina) and you will see the beach 1/2 block in front of you. Other public beach accesses are within a short driving distance. All Beaches on the island are public and free parking. There are public beaches along the National Seashore(West towards Pensacola Beach) and a National Park-Opal Beach(a 3-mile drive from the house) with the option to purchase a daily pass or annual pass. This park has bathrooms, outdoor showers, and gazebos for use if not already rented out for events- very beautiful park -we highly recommend!

**Pool can be heated for Additional Fee during the months of October-April. Please inquire if you are interested we ask for at least a 48 hour notice before your check-in date is required, as it is heated by propane and is a full size pool and will heat in low air temperatures, unlike other pools that are only heated by electric heaters. Pool will be heated to 86 degrees no matter the air temperature. **Up to 2 Dogs allowed with Pre-approval-175.00 per dog.
