A full-sized laundry room with new washer and dryer adds everyday convenience for longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for large groups, with two king primary suites featuring private ensuite bathrooms, a third bedroom with two full beds, a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a play area—perfect for kids—and a private loft with a queen bed for guests seeking a quiet escape. The bunk and full bedrooms open onto a large sound-view deck, a gorgeous spot for morning coffee or sunset nightcaps. Beach access is just out the back door, with a wooden dune crossover next door making it easy to haul coolers, chairs, and gear to the surf. The house is really nice for a group wanting to spend time on the beach. It's in a great location. It appears to be old and worn out a bit and it was stocked with just the bare essentials. For a lower nightly rate, I'd give it a higher rating.

Unobstructed beach view with huge deck and easy access to the beach. 5 min access to Grocery stores like Winn Dixie and Publix. Kitchen, living and dinning area in a line with nice beach view. Two bedrooms with individual restrooms, two bedrooms with one common restroom. One additional bed upstairs. Plenty of utensils, glasses, coffee cups and cutlery . The only thing I missed was a big screen tv. They have small tv in each room ( may be 40inch), but at least the living room should have been big. Overall it was wonderful and I give 5 out of 5.

The house was amazing. The view and location was great. There is a little shower beach toy storage area at the bottom of the stairs which was perfect for leaving beach things in and showering sand off. Rooms were cozy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone

Took our two daughters and their boyfriends with us on vacation. House is right off the beach. Beautiful views and comfortable house. Need to update the TV's in the house. Hope to stay again next year.

December Celebration

Family from Texas came in to celebrate my daughters college graduation. The Salty Breeze was perfect place to gather and weather was perfect with beautiful views!

This property was really nice. The view was great, lots of windows with a view of the ocean and and an expansive deck for nighttime star gazing and listening to the waves. The walk to the beach, not too far for easy coming and going of different family schedules. We enjoyed our family vacation.
