Spacious, relaxing and perfectly located, Kingfisher will become your favorite beach escape. This true one bedroom family friendly home is waiting to welcome you!
This unit is a bright and sunny one bedroom condo in the Palms that comfortably sleeps 4. New tile throughout, new carpet in the bedroom, new furniture and a very comfortable new queen sleeper all make this open concept home shine!
On the third floor of an elevator building, Kingfisher has everything you need for your vacation escape including it's own washer and dryer.
Unwind on the comfy modular couch, take a nap on the new sleeper sofa or relax on the private peaceful balcony. You'll feel like you're on your own perch (just like the beautiful Kingfisher bird) overlooking this quiet end of the island.
The separate king-sized bedroom is very roomy and has it's own flat screen TV.
Cook entire meals or just snacks in the well equipped kitchen. Dine in the great room or out on your terrace just off the living area.
Fish from the private pier that is just outside your door (for guests of The Palms only) and grill your catch under the adjacent gazebo. There have been many a big fish caught from this pier!!!
The gorgeous pool is a true tropical oasis and is only for use by guests of the Palms.
This convenient location makes for a quick trip across the Gulf Island National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.
This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Better than expected

We arrived in Navarre at 11am. Call management to check to see if we could check in earlier than 4pm. They text back and said the unit will be ready in an hour and that was incredibly wonderful. We are happy with the unit with all the necessities for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the balcony faced the ocean. Sat and relaxed and have coffee. We were pretty close to the public beaches and the private pier/sandy beach. Even watch the sunset over the pier for a couple nights. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Nice little hidden Gem

Everything was amazing. Appliance were in all working order. Bed was comfortable. Bath towels big fluffy. Only complaint was noise from other condos. Being on the third floor I didn’t think I would be able to hear screaming kids below us . But overall I would recommend this place and would rent again if needed. Thanks for amazing weekend

Wonderful stay

This is a great bayside property. It was very clean. Appeared to have new paint, fixtures, and carpet in the master. The bed was well taken care of with two mattress protectors- both clean. The public beach access was within walking distance. But, we did drive most of the time and kept supplies in the car. The walk to the beach from the parking lot was less distance than walking from most beachfront condos- and it is at the end of the housing area, before the state park, so not an overwhelming amount of people. Great view of bay sunset from the condo. The fishing pier has lights at night so easy to see the fish. For those with mobility issues- the toilet was low. I am 5'2'' and my knees were above my hips when sitting. Also, it is a bathtub/ not walk-in shower. There is an elevator right next to the front door and stair access. The maintenance man was prompt and so kind when we needed him after hours. We were happy to stay here and would for sure stay again. Much love to all of those who put effort into making this condo great!!!! The cost per night was appropriate ($100 per night plus fees, which doubled cost, at the beginning of May).

Labor Day getaway

Great place to stay

The beautiful waters and white sand of Navarre beach were wonderful. Navarre has lots of public beach access areas. The property is right on the sound where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The pool was never too busy even on Memorial Day weekend. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed for our short stay. Bed was comfortable and condo well furnished.

This was a super clean place to stay with all the necessary amenities. It had comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. The elevator was a very good thing and there was never a wait! Private balcony with bay view was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Week

The weather was not great for the first 3 days of our stay, but the condo was so comfortable we didn't mind just resting. Everything was very clean and quiet. The only negative is we had to drive to get to the beach. It is really too far to walk and carry chairs, the umbrella, and a cooler.
